I felt a tingling sensation in my neck but I was too afraid to open my eyes.

I'm afraid that it could be the presence of something not visible to the human's eye. Though, I'm not sure I have that ability, but the chances of seeing it is likely.

My breath hitched as I felt it's presence getting closer and closer. For some reasons, it's aura is stronger than I thought, it's almost suffocating.

I tried to open my eyes but my eyelids were heavy and for some reasons, whatever was in front of me was emitting a blinding light.

But after a few seconds, the light started to burn out, which gives me the perfect chance to open my eyes.

My eyelids flutter to see, a tall-like figure on the entrance of my tent.

My voice was trapped in my throat as the mysterious figure sent chills down my spine.

From how they look, I assumed their gender is a female. Her dark grey hair seemed soft as the midnight wind flew through it and her white gown was a bit scrunched up.

Honestly, I was about to scream from how terrifying she looked, not only because of her long hair and dusty clothing, but because of how strong her aura was.

But at the same time, even though I couldn't depict her emotions since she was facing the night sky, she seemed...hurt?

Or...desperate, maybe that's the better word for it. Nevertheless, she looked like she was corrupted. But that doesn't cover the fact that she barged into my sanctuary and probably did something to me.

Oh right, the tingling sensation on my neck...

I weakly raised my right hand to touch whatever it was placed on my neck.

I looked down to see a necklace laced around my neck, I stood up from my sleeping position only to see the necklace that I thought I've removed from my life.

I wanted to shriek in agony as I could never seem to remove it from my life permanently. I tried pulling it from my neck, but it's stuck. I panicked as I tried everything that I could possibly can to get it off of me.

But it's still there, laced around my neck. I wanted to cry, I don't want it to distract me from everything, I can't focus on my studies, I can't think straight and I'm going ballistic over it! Some honorable mentions are, it keeps doing weird things, it made me nauseous and then teleported me to different places.

I can't comprehend anything, all I wanted to do was breakdown, no one explained to me about anything. My parents haven't come back, but even if they did, will they even answer me about the necklace? They'll think I'm crazy, but it's in the package they sent me...I'm sure they have something to do with this...

And I'm sure that woman outside my tent had something to do with it.

I wanted to ask her, I wanted to confront her. Why would she do this to me? I don't even know her but I feel like she's behind all of this along with my parents.

I went out of my sleeping bag and tiptoed towards the entrance of the tent. I peeked outside and saw her standing on the edge of the rooftop fence, her head up high staring at the full moon.

The voices inside my head told me to confront her, but isn't that such a silly idea? I am still unsure about her motive on being here, but what I'm positive about is the fact that she was the one who put the necklace around my neck. Thus, she's responsible for it not being able to get off of my neck and I'm certainly not playing with the necklace anymore. I don't want to follow it's shenanigans though it did give me a glance of what the outer world looks like, but the consequences are bigger than the pleasure.
