Chelsea's Pov
I woke up this morning feeling very cold. My whole body was shivering and I could find no warmth in the bed no matter how far I snuggled into the blankets. After a while, I gave up trying to get warm and sat up in bed wrapping the quilt around my body tightly, desperate for any warmth it provided. Jack was sleeping next to me and I didn't want to wake him...he looked so peaceful.
I stood up and walked over toward the window, moving the curtains so I could look outside. I smiled as I looked out the window, staring at the snow below. The first snow fall of the year and we sure did get a lot of snow!
" Jack wake up! Look at this!" I yelled, as I watched Boston suddenly jump up out of bed. I laughed when I realized he was only wearing his boxers and socks. Jack looked at me, realizing I was fine, and went back to bed, groaning.
" Don't do that...I thought something was wrong" he mumbled, as he got back into bed.
I chuckled at him, finding it hard to believe that he wasn't cold right now. I was feeling a bit warmer now that I was up and walking around, but it was still very cold in here.
I turned the heat up on the furnace and walked over to the bed, making Jack roll onto his back so I could sit on him. He placed his hands on my hips and was faced towards me but his eyes were still closed. Aw, someone's tired this morning. He was like a big baby.
I leaned forward and placed soft, gentle, kisses on his neck and was slowly trailing them up to his face. Maybe this will get him in the mood to wake up.
" Come on Boston, its time to wake up" I said smirking at him. He was grinning at me but he still refused to open his eyes. Why won't he look at me!
I sighed not knowing what to do now to wake him up...I mean I could always splash water on him and that would definitely wake him up, but Jack would definitely get mad at me..so I wasn't going to do that. I don't have the patience this morning to deal with his games so I'm just going to go.
I crawled out of Boston's lap and walked over towards the dresser pulling out some comfy clothes. I put on black leggings and one of Jack's hoodies, finishing the outfit off with some fun striped socks.
I ran a brush through my hair and threw it up into a messy bun before walking out of the room, going next door to Rizzo and Mac's place. It was quarter after seven, and those guys are usually up by then, so I thought I would hang out with them.
I walked into their room, without knocking first, and saw them both sitting at their table, in their pyjamas, drinking coffee.
They both gave me a look as to why I was here but I didn't care. They should be used to me coming into their place at random times by now.
I went in their kitchen and pulled out a frying pan and some baking ingredients...I was gonna make some pancakes!
" Dude why are you here so early?...wait, are you making pancakes!" Mac said, his face breaking into a big smile.
Pancakes were my speciality...I made them at least once a week for everyone and they all really liked them. Plus it gave me an excuse to use Rizzo and Mac's awesome kitchen.
" Yeah, I'm assuming you boys want some" I said smiling back at them, while proceeding to make the batter.
" duh, is that even a question" Rizzo said, making me laugh.
I poured small portions of batter on to the frying pan and I turned the radio on. Simple Man, by Lynyrd Skynyrd was playing and I was bobbing my head up and down to the tune as I flipped the pancakes.
