A lock and key they say,
A solid stone maybe.
I could tell you,
A billion variations,
Of the human heart.
And I don't know about you,
But I have a bit of a puzzle.
I try to hide my feelings from view,
But watch my expressions,
Look in my eyes,
When you ask me if I love you,
Watch my cheeks burn when I speak of anger,
Watch the single tear roll down my cheek,
When sadness calls my name.
Watch and you'll learn,
I have the heart of one in a billion.
And I wear it on my sleeve.
