We were so young,
And so naive with the thought of each other.
I fit so perfectly in your arms,
You found a calmness in my kiss,
In the shade of a front porch.
Watching the sun fade.
The reflection of your smile in the window.
We've never felt a more peaceful moment.
And these will be the stories,
That we'll reminisce,
When we're aging and old.
About the days of drama and "love".
