Korekiyo Bush had enough of Barack Hinata. His dictating ways. Everything he did to "help" the country that was just contributing to it's eventual, inevitable ruin. So he did the only thing he knew that would save this country from falling into a pit of despair. He planned to assassinate Barack Hinata, the same way he has assassinated his own brother, Hajime Obama.

So, Korekiyo Bush carried out his plan. He ended up doing the same thing Barack Hinata did to Hajime Obama, leaving 28 stab wounds in his chest and his body in the sewer. Korekiyo Bush went on to take over the country in attempts to fix the damage done by the wretched Barack Hinata. But he ended up only making things worse.

The country became a kakistocracy due to the disqualification to become ruler and utter smelliness of Korekiyo Bush. But, oblivious to the fact that he was driving the country to an even worse fate due to his ignorance, he remained ruler for many years. During his time of rule, many people perished from starvation or being burned alive by the anarchists. The economy crashed. The government was dysfunctional. Nothing was going to right way, and Korekiyo Bush didn't do anything to fix it.

One man decided that this was enough. The country needed to be restored to how it was before when his idol, Hajime Obama, was president of the Divided States of Danganronpa.
