Teruteru Washington had a pretty short and sad term. The only thing he really did was preach to the world about how monarchy is a big, bad monster nobody should awaken again. He said there shall be no more monarchs to honor the memory of the beloved Hajime Obama and Nagito Kennedy. Things went on in peace for a long time. Nothing really went wrong, but nothing really exciting happened during Teruteru Washington's term. His wife, Nekomaru Washington, was a very influential part of his life, telling him that it would be a lot better to do nothing than to change something and risk drastically changing everything for the worse. So, Teruteru Washington did nothing. All he did was prevent any further monarchs.
Until one, little, annoying, rat man came along.
