It was a few years later, the weather was starting to warm up due to summer being near. The sound of small pups were running around the small nursery. Many were excited that today would be the day some of the pups would be shifting into their wolf forms.
Jaehyun walked towards the nursery gracefully. He was growing up quickly due to the fact his true alpha genes had a lot to do with it. He was holding the hand of his smaller brother, who was struggling to keep up. Haechan still had a huge smile on his face. He was super excited to go to school and read books by himself. He loved being alone compared to his brother.
"Haechan, are you gonna play with us today? I know you will love it!" Haechan looked at his brother and shook his head. He hated even the thought of trying to interact with the others. He liked being alone and to do his own thing.
"Oh come on Channie, I know you will love it!" Haechan tensed up, not liking the idea in the slightest bit. The two boys were interrupted by the sound of someone calling the little Alpha's name.
"Jaehyun! Come on, we are gonna try switching into our wolves!" One of Jaehyun's friends grabbed his hand and pulled him with him, leaving Haechan standing in place. He sighed with relief as he walked towards the building, hoping he could finish the book he was reading on bugs.
"Hey freak, why aren't you doing what everyone else is huh?" Suddenly a Beta pup walked out of the small nursery, clearly not someone Haechan had ever met before. Haechan only ignored him walking towards the bookcase.
"Hey I was talking to you omega! Clearly your parents didn't raise you right." A few other kids started looking in the direction of the Beta and the omega. Some of the kids had shocked faces and knew whose parents this Beta was making fun of.
Haechan didn't spare the Beta a glance as he picked his book from the case and walked to his bean bag he always sat in. "Hey, don't ignore me!" Another little girl wolf pulled on the Beta's sleeve, clearly scared. "Ren, I wouldn't talk to him like that..."
The Ren wolf clearly had no idea who was Haechan's dad. "This omega doesn't scare me! He must be deaf or something!" The beta wolf stepped closer to Haechan, causing him to tense up. He was starting to freak out. Why did this wolf want to hurt him?
Outside in the garden, Jaehyun was currently trying to concentrate. He wanted to morph into his wolf more than anyone. He could just imagine the proud look on his father's face when he was as strong as his wolf. 'Come on....you can do this.'
Then a strong smell filled Jaehyun's nose. It was not comforting in the slightest. He stopped thinking about morphing and looked into the direction of the smell.
"Haechan!" Jaehyun ran to the area that was surrounded by pups. As soon as he entered, the crowd turned and looked at him, most of them scared of even the smaller true alpha.
"Move! He pushed a few people out of his way and found that his brother was sitting on his butt, with his nose slightly bleeding. He had tears streaming down his face and was holding in his sobs. He was a big boy, just like Jaehyun.
Jaehyun ran to Haechan, crouching down and wiping a few tears from his cheeks. "Who did this Channie?" Haechan just shook his head. He didn't want anymore trouble, he just wanted to go home.
Jaehyun scanned the crowd, finally his eye that matched his mother's turned a faint grey color. "Ren, did you do this?" Ren shrugged his shoulders, "Maybe, maybe not Jaehyun. Why does it matter anyway, he is a freak. You don't hang out with freaks do you?"
Jaehyun stood up, he was mad and super angry. His blood was boiling and he was gonna snap any second. "I think you should think before you talk, Ren. Or are you too stupid for that?"
