Chapter 9

Jungkook had raided around three packs since the sun had come up that morning. He was bursting with energy and could feel with every kill he had, his ego was rising. He loved this the most.

"Beta, we will attack from the southeast. Then I want three men to attack from the northwest. On my signal." Yoongi nodded in agreement. He looked at the other pack members, clearly unharmed from the past raids. Yoongi knee they had a strong pack with a very strong leader.

"On my count." Jungkook then suddenly got a strong mix of emotions run through him. He felt suddenly anxious. Taehyung was nervous and he didn't know why.

"Alpha? Are you alright?" Yoongi looked over at the grimace on his leaders face. Jungkook was starting to freak out. Where was Taehyung and why was he nervous and unsettled?

"It's Taehyung. Something is wrong. I need to go back. We will raid another day." The other pack members nodded, all but Taemin.

"Alpha, we are already in position to attack. We might as well finish the job. The Luna can wait."

Yoongi turned around and snarled at him, "Do not speak to your alpha like that! Show some respect mutt." Taemin glared daggers at the Beta, "Do not instruct me like you are in charge. Alpha is the only one in charge and strong enough to give orders around here."

Jungkook was trying to mindlink Taehyung, but sadly he was too far away. "Both of you can shut the fuck up! We are leaving now and if you wish to continue the raid by yourself go ahead. I guarantee you, you won't live."

Jungkook turned and Taemin quickly followed behind him, smirking at Yoongi. Yoongi snarled at the wolf who clearly was barking up the wrong tree.

"Well Taehyung... I have some news." Taehyung was freaking out. And that was an understatement. "Jimin, please tell me everything's okay... please." Taehyung's eyes filled with tears, he was awaiting the worst.

"Taehyung I can tell you that you have a healthy pup!" Taehyung could tell that wasn't the end of it though, "and..?"

Jimin gave Tae a small smile, "Well how about two small healthy pups?" Taehyung's mouth dropped open at the news. He wasn't going to be a father of one but two puppies...

"Jimin....I..." Jimin placed his hand on Taehyung's shoulder, "I know this may be shocking Tae, but they are both very healthy, so there is nothing to worry about now."

Sadly that wasn't the thought that was invading his mind. "No Minnie, that isn't what I'm worried about..." Jimin gave Taehyung a confused look, "What do you mean?"

A few of Taehyung's tears started to fall, "How is Jungkook going to react?" Jimin's eyes widened. To be honest he was not sure how his Alpha would react. Clearly he was very happy about the news of the one pup, but how would two sound?

"Should I tell him Jimin? I feel like he may not want two puppies right now. He already seemed stressed out about the one." Jimin smiles at Taehyung, "Taehyung you can choose to do whatever you want, but if I were you I would tell him."

Jungkook arrived a few hours later, once the moon had started to shine in the night sky. The pack village was quiet and eerie. The other raiders went back to their own families or homes to get some rest and surprise everyone with their early arrival.

Jungkook was on a mission. He needed to get to his omega. He needed to see and smell his scent or he was going to lose it. He barged through the front door, already smelling the intense scent of his omega. His wolf was already starting to calm down, at least knowing he was there.

The alpha opened the door to their shared bedroom, finding the omega sound asleep in the piles of clothes. He was tightly clutching a white t shirt that Jungkook had thrown in the dirty clothes pile before he left.
