Double Date

“It will be fun. Belive me!” Veronica said for the tenth time.

Well the back story is.. Veronica have started dating a boy. His name is Archie Andrews. His friend is in town so he wants to bring him too in their date and Veronica on the other side asking me to tag along too. So it will be a double date.

“I don't know V. What if we didn't talked right or.. I don't know. I just cant.” I said and layed on my bed, facing the ceiling.

I heard her sigh and laying beside me.

“You will be fine B. He is sweet as told by Archie. And also he's a writer. You both will be fine.” She said and turned towards me, resting her head on her one hand.

“So.. You in?” She asked.

I sigh and smiled at her. “Yeah I'm in.” I said and she fell on top of me and hugged me. We both giggled and stood up.

“Come on we need to find a dress!” I said and she smirked.

“That's my job B” She said and I giggled.

We both got ready for our date.

I curled and blonde hairs and let them open.

We both finished our makeup and went to my car. I drove to a fancy restaurant where the date was. We took a table and sat opposite.

Minutes later two boys entered the restaurant and Veronica eyes we're on one of them. I looked back to see them and that's where my heart started pounding fast.

My ex boyfriend!

Wait.. Is he's Veronica's boyfriend? That thought made me more sad. Thinking of Veronica and Him made me depress. We used to date when we were younger but he left after his dad got transferred. I never moved on from him because I was today also in love with him.

I made an quick eye contact with him and looked back to Veronica.

Slowly the boys reached our table... But the other one sat beside Veronica and gave her a kiss on lips.

I saw on my side and saw Jughead. He smiled and me and I looked away.

“Betty.. This is Archie and that is Jughead. Guys this is my best friend.. Betty.” Veronica said and leaned to Archie's frame.

I shook my hand with Archie and saw normal “hi” to Jughead.

Hours went away but I wasn't really focused in the conversation at all. All I was thinking about him. He was right beside me.

I made an excuse to washroom and went away.

When I came back, I saw Archie and Veronica were missing and Jughead was on his phone.

“Where they go?” I asked.

He looked up from his phone and replied, “Oh they went to Archie's house and also they have taken your car.” He said.

“Oh.. Um.. So why are you still here?” I asked awkwardly.

He stood up and grabbed his coat.

“To walk to home.” He said and walked closer to me.

My breath hitched and I felt his breath on my neck. I moved away to grab my purse and went outside. He was following back.

We walked and single of us didn't said a word. The tension between us was increasing by speed.

We finally made to my house and luckily my mother wasn't at home.

“You want to come in?” I asked.

He nodded and I used the keys to unlock the door.

We walked through the door and second later I was pinned against it.

“J-Jug” I whispered.

“Betts.. I missed you.” He said and hugged me tight.

I dropped my purse on floor and hugged back. His scent, his hairs.. I was in love with all of him.

He finally broke the hug and his eyes flickers to lips then to my eyes.

“Fuck it”

I heard him saying and crashing his lips on mine. I kissed back with same force and grip his hairs with my fingers. We shared a long and passionate kiss which ended up to my bedroom.

Suddenly my phone started ringing and we both pulled away.

I looked into it.. And It was a incoming call.

“Hello”

“B.. I guess you really liked my idea of double date.” Veronica said.

“What do you mean?”

“Look outside from you window.”

She said and I did. She was right in my neighbors window with Archie behind it. Archie winked and I got confused. I saw behind me and Jughead was standing there.

I placed my phone on my ear again.

“I guess you saw how much I liked the idea. Now good night.” I said and she giggled.

I turned to Jughead and he was smirking.

“And you.. You have lots of explaining to do. Will you start now or tomorrow?”
I said.

He smiled and hugged me.

“Of course I do. But you should know that I have been in love with you always.”

“Mee too”
