EPILOGUE

EPILOGUE:
"We're just two warriors, love"

       "SO... EARTH, HUH?" ANIMALIA BEGAN WITH pursed lips. "You speak so highly of it, I think I'm slightly excited to see it."

Her and Thor were sat in one of the empty room, a large window showing them the open abyss of space, talking amongst themselves when the subject of Earth came up. The God honestly wanted to spend as much time as he could with the Zelean, wanting to cherish every moment and not have to experience loosing her momentarily again. He genuinely didn't know he could fall for someone so much in such a short amount of time. It had probably only been about a week or two and this one girl managed to make a big impact on the King's life and to his emotions. He knew he'd do anything for her. Lie for her, kill for her, die for her.

"It's great. I promise I'd find you a place like Zelea, and that's Earth, that's why I chose it," he said with a grin trying to make Animalia feel even more special then what she was. Though, despite his desire to be with the Avengers again, the thought was merged with showing Animalia somewhere that was equivalent to her own home.

"I trust you. You've been good with your promises so far... So... I trust you still," Animalia reasurred with her smile never faltering as she pulled her legs to sit more cross-legged then what she was originally. Thor felt his heart rate pick up as Animalia rested her warm hand on top of his before she spoke again. "What's it like?" Her words were laced with interest to know about Midgard, the planet she knew some beings compared Zelea to. "Bruce tried to explain it to me, but... what do you think about it?"

She sat with great posture and her free hand resting over her dark legs as she watched Thor with clear interest in the subject. Honestly, Thor could stare at her bold, gorgeous eyes for hours on end if it was possible. "W-Well, it was honestly like a second home," Thor admitted with a shrug as he thought about his experiences on the planet. "Many people were welcoming, kind hearted, the planet's magnificent and perfect in so many ways."

Animalia couldn't help the smile that formed on her face as she watched Thor ramble on about the planet they were headed to. She admired how much detail he put in describing it, helping her understand, but she also found it adorable whenever he'd mention the Avengers or his friend over there. It made her excited to meet them, even Melissa despite her jealousy towards the Superhuman previously.

"What are you looking at?" Thor questioned with a raised eyebrow when he saw the Animalian looking like she was in a trance.

She quickly shook her head lightly with her innocent grin never vanishing from her flawless face. "Noth-nothing... You just look so happy when you're talking about Earth. I not only admire that but... it makes me really excited to see it."
