Abducted

Chapter One

The hours went by not having a single tip from a costumer this was one of my worse day working here at the cafe

one of the worse time working here is when i had a pervert costumer he was staring at my chest, hell my uniform's not even showy in fact it covers just the right amount of skin

I was even wearing an apron, he was just a pervert staring at a cafe's waitresses chest hopefully thats just that, he didn't do anything further than staring at my chest

I was deep in thought when i heard the bell signaling that someone just entered the cafe

" Good morning what can i get you" i greeted and smiled in a friendly manner

" Can i have a table please" he said then smiled he was one of my nicest costumer

" Sure" i said grabbing a menu " right this way"

" Is this okay" i asked leading him to a table near the window

" Yes thank you" he said and smiled, he and the girl which i think his girlfriend seated i then gave them the menu...

I spent my minute serving the other costumers then the guy by the window called me i then approached them

" Did you decide what you'd like" i asked i took my small note pad and ballpen from my jeans pocket

" Yes... One caramel machiatto, one cafe latte, one slice of custard and fruit cake please" he said

" Iced or hot" i asked writing down their order "Iced" he responded, i nodded " is that all" i asked

" Yes" he said i then nodded
" I'll be back with your order" i turned towards the counter

" One iced caramel machiatto and caffe latte and one slice of custard and fruit cake" i told my best friend Valorie yep we work at the same cafe

" Oh.. Okay" she said, we then prepared the order i made the coffee while she sliced the cakes

" Here you go" valorie handed me the sliced cake then helped me making the latte

" Done... ill serve this to them now" i said
" Yep..now go" she said
" Be careful okay?" she continued
" I will dont worry Val"

With practiced ease, i grabbed the tray, swifly but gingerly, i crossed the room

" Iced caramel machiatto and cafe latte and a slice of custard and fruit cake" i slid the cups and plates onto the table

" Anything else i can get you guys" i asked, they shook their heads " No this is fine thank you" the girl said, i nodded

" ill be back with your check later" i said, they nodded. I went back to the counter

" Whew.. What a busy day but i still dont have a single tip" i said
" Yep i agree it sure does... Me too" she sighed

" But cheer up its still early well sure have a lots of tip later" she continued
" Yeah well have lots of costumers later maybe they'll give us tips" i said, valorie nodded

We heard the bell ring, i looked at the door " more costumers" i said excitedly, they walked towards the counter

" Table for seven please" the guy in the mid thirties said, i took a better look at they're attire, absentmindedly i turned the details of the situation over in my mind: the way the guy in the mid thirties was dressed;his likely occupation

They're wearing a coat and some of them carries a briefcase and laptops and the fact that they're wearing expensive watch i think they're business man or they have a high position in a big company having meeting or they're grabbing some snacks after they're meeting, must be one of so many possibilities

" Right this way" said jake leading them to the back row since it was a little isolated

" Me and jake will take thier orders while you give our former costumers their checks" valorie said

" Okay" i said, i took the checks then headed towards the love birds near the window "heres your check"i said giving them the check "thank you" they said

" I'll be your cashier whenever your ready" they nodded i headed back to the counter once im done giving the checks to our other costumers

Jake went towards the counter " 7 slices of custard cake and 3 hot americano and 4 black coffee

" Okay we'll prepare them you go and check the new costumers" I said, he nodded

"Okay" jake said with that he crossed the room taking thier orders "Order up" Valorie said

" I'll serve their order now" i said taking the tray then crossed the room
"4 black coffee, 3 americano and 5 custard cake i slid their orders to the table

" Anything else i can get you gentlemens" I asked " 7 glasses of water please, thank you" the guy on the mid twenties said

" Okay ill be right back" i said after a few minutes i went back their water and check "here's your water and heres your check"

" I'll be your cashier whenever you guys ready" i said then smiled warmly
They nodded returning a smile

I went back to the cashier soon the love birds near the window paid and gave me a tip i thank them

" First tip for the day" i turned to valorie she also smiled happily " thats really nice i got mine too" she said letting me see her tip jar

" Thats great" i said smiling "did something happen, you two seems really happy" said jake leaning to the counter

" We got our first tip" i said holding my tip jar letting him see it "Oh.. thats really nice... Its eleven thirty wanna grab some lunch" jake asked

" Sure..... Im starving" valorie said

" me too... Lets go?" I said while removing my apron, loosing my hair from my messy bun, letting my chestnut colored locks fall to my back

" But lets close the shop first....shall we?" They chuckled

" yeah we should or the cafe might get robbed " jake said we then headed to our favorite diner once were done closing the shop...
