"Are you sure you want to do this" Mehul asked for the last time as he printed the papers.

"She's hell bent on not signing the papers, she was at home and Shreya ran away, since the time she has come into my life, things keep going awry and she not wanting to sign the papers over such a stupid reason, everything is monetary to her! I think you were right, she is waiting for an alimony!" Arjun said, the lines on his face creased

"That's why I'm telling you, include the clause that states that she wont get any alimony-"

"Mehul why don't you get it, haven't you realized that she can go till any limit to get her monetary benefits! She'll find some loophole or the other in it! But if the divorce can be blamed on her or can be asked for, by her, even if it means 5 years later where i wont give her a single penny, then that will be a real win, I won't even let her find out that I'm aware of her real motive"

"But investing in her company?"

"her company is the most important thing to her Mehul, I'm not investing in it, I'm acquiring it, in business terms it would be a hostile take over, but publicly, I'll ensure that it is a 'friendly acquisition'"

"Here's my deal to you" Arjun said as he placed two papers with seals on them on the table

"Arjun, Shreya isn't at home and you're still concerned about this?" Diya cried out

"Why, didn't you tell me to give her some space and some time? Here take a look at these quick"

One of them said Annulment, it was the same one as the one torn by Surya Prakash that morning and the other said,Contract.

Diya took a closer look at the latter and shrieked, "What! this is utter rubbish"

"Well if you want me to ensure that we stay together for 5 years, then this is what you'll have to do!"

"You mean, you want me to come to Rajgera with you and follow all your silly rules and regulations?"

"I believe thats what the contract says, yes, I want you to follow my 'silly' rules and regulations, at any point if I am not comfortable with anything that you do, I will make your sister's scandal public, 2ndly you shouldn't be talking about our relationship to anyone, in our family or your family, no body, whatever I say you will agree to it or pretend that it is the reality, in front of both our families"

"Arjun but my family is here! Your family is here! and my company is here Arjun!"

Arjun continued as Diya flipped the page, "currently you are the 51% equity owner and we are 49%"

"You? how!?"

"Well, Gupta-Goenka public limited bought the equity of all your investors, and it barely took us a few minutes to do so" sniggered Arjun

"we want to buy you out, all of your equity!"

"What, no ! I will not!"

"Very well, I knew you wouldn't budge, fine I want 2% of the equity given to us"

"That'll make you-"

"51 % owner, so we can diffuse the management"

"no, no Arjun, diffusing the management will ruin the essence of Tiger Lily,I'm ready to sign the 51% to you but I want my management to remain same and they have to be given concessions for all the funds that they require"
