17. A Night to Remember

[Narrative]

As planned, the girls gathered at Momo's place. The maknaes were visibly nervous. "Is this even legal?!" Jihyo exclaimed, staring at the bottles of soju Momo had brought.

"We're 19," Momo replied with a smirk. "We aren't even adults—ah, seriously. Don't do it," Jihyo added with concern.

"It's now or never, Jihyo!" Nayeon chimed in. Momo's parents were out of town for work, leaving the house free for their gathering. "Where did you get these?" Chaeyoung asked, eyeing the bottles.

"Ah, these were given to me by my uncle," Momo explained.

"Why would he do that?!" Jeongyeon quickly asked.

"Chill... He didn't give them to me to drink. He said, 'you can just sell them when you need pocket money,' so I thought of... yeah, this," Momo answered.

"Why aren't you this smart other times?" Nayeon said sarcastically. Before they started, they all exchanged glances. "Are you serious?" Dahyun asked.

"Of course we are," Sana replied with a smirk. Jihyo and Tzuyu decided not to drink, probably to avoid getting into trouble if everyone got drunk. The girls were nervous but curious. The maknaes, Dahyun and Chaeyoung, decided to drink sparingly, while the unnies—Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, and Sana—seemed to be enjoying themselves a lot. 

Their faces turned red, and it was clear they were tipsy. Mina initially joined Dahyun and Chaeyoung but was eventually coaxed into drinking by the unnies. "OK, ENOUGH EVERYONE!" Jihyo commanded, her voice full of authority. Without making a fuss, they decided to stop.

Sana was out there trying to kiss everyone, but Tzuyu grabbed her arm and prevented her from doing it.

[Chaeyoung's POV]

I decided not to drink much because I didn't want to lose control. It was my first time, and I guess it was everyone's first time. I stole glances at Mina unnie, who also didn't seem to be in a very fresh state.

Since our houses were nearby, Jihyo unnie asked me to take Mina with me because she couldn't take the risk. Tzuyu was put in charge of Sana and Dahyun, while Jihyo had to take care of Nayeon and Jeongyeon, which was the hardest task.

I was also kind of nervous. Mina unnie wrapped her arms around mine as we bid our farewells. Momo unnie's place wasn't that far from ours, but I decided to take a taxi because of Mina unnie. "I want to walk," Mina said, using her aegyo. I kind of stopped functioning. 

She's doing that in front of me? "Okay then," I replied.I wasn't drunk; I was pretty fine. But Mina unnie wasn't. Is her parents at home? 

Oh no. What if they see her like this? I started panicking.

"Mina unnie?"

"Hm?" she replied, trying to act normal. But I knew she wasn't understanding anything that was happening. She didn't even drink as much as the others; she just gets drunk very easily.

"Are your parents at home?" I asked with concern. She stopped for a moment, and I turned my head to look at her. She was already looking at me with a smirk. She was looking really hot right now.

"Why?" she asked with her raspy voice, still with that devilish smile plastered on her face.

"So you can come over?" she continued. That line was the end of me. I turned into a blushing mess. Why did she have to do that? I shouldn't be saying this, but right now, I wanted her.
