Because of that sophomore kid I have food in my hair. Great, just great.
I tried pulling at what seemed to be a chunk of a meatball but it was all tangled. My attempts to remove it only got it smooshed into smaller pieces.
You have got to be kidding me!
I didn't plan my Friday afternoon to be under a tree near the football field trying to get meatballs out of my hair before cheer practice started.
"Ugh!" I frowned in frustration. How was I ever going to practice with food in my hair?! I thankfully had spare clothing in my locker but my hair was a mess.
I quickly stood as the stomping imagine was seen charging towards me. It was obvious she wasn't in the best mood, after all she was just humiliated by my best friend.
"Practice is cancelled today!" She shouted to me and the few other girls scattered around. "You all suck as usual but the routine should do. Don't anyone of you dare embarrass me with a sloppy routine or I will end you! Got it?!"
I couldn't help the next few words which left my lips. "Not old enough to handle embarrassment twice in one day now can you?" I scoffed. This girl's entire happiness and social life was based on ruining the life of others, she deserves every bit of bad which flows her way.
"What was that?" Brianna's head snapped in my direction.
"I said we won't disappoint you." I rolled my eyes. This was utterly ridiculous.
"That's what I thought." She span in her heels before striding in the opposite direction.
She got on my last nerve, I could envision her falling in a never ending pit of emptiness...

Basketball isn't even really my thing but what was I supposed to do? I'm a cheerleader I have no choice than to be here.Coming to the game tonight was a mistake. Earlier before the game Aiden had asked me to go out to an after party with him to which I obviously said no. There's no way I could handle to face him for more than two minutes and because of this he threatened to perform horribly in the second half until I said yes.
By the looks of it that's exactly what the morron was doing.
The other team was four points ahead of us. It's like it was a different Aiden playing the first half of the game.
Everytime he had the ball in his hands and was ready to shoot he'd look in my direction and I would shake me head 'no' as in I won't go to the party with him. Because of this he would either do a sloppy shot or let someone steal the ball.
To say the coach looked pissed was an understatement. He was definitely furious.
This time it was no different. Liam passed Aiden the ball and he looked in my direction while protecting the ball.
Everyone was booing him. My friends looked at me expectantly from their position in the crowd. I couldn't let the team loose just because of me, so I gave him a thumbs up.
He almost seemed surprised when I nodded my head.
His eyes light up like a little child who just got a new toy. He shot the ball and this time it went through.
It was like he was a completely different person. Not even the Aiden who played the first half. His energy was crazy, he wore a big smile on his face through the rest of the game.

Now the game's over and we won. The other team lost by one point. The girls and I were walking back to Mia's car when someone grabbed my wrist gently and span me around.
