Chapter 10: Car Ride

I'm wearing this so-called school uniform. Different outfits for different beings and different colors for different ranks.

I tied my hair and grabbed my backpack. I faced Edward that's been waiting for me since Lucky is getting the car ready.

"You're done?" I nodded and came closer to him. "Let's go." he rested my hand on my further shoulder (I'm very bad at description sorry lol) and we started walking to the open main  door.

I can see that they are all waiting while Yeonjun just got out of the van. He looked at us before wondering his lightning blue eyes on Edward's arm which Edward quickly put down and stood a few steps away from me.

"You call for shotgun." he proclaimed as he was looking at me.

"What?! That's my seat!" the shorthaired girl exclaimed again. Since I came here she never showed me good attitude, she would always stare at me ready to stab me.

"Shut up Britney, shut up if you don't want to get hurt." Dominic commanded as he whispered the last part, still audible for all of us.

"Well it's better if Felicity decides where she'll sit." Cara suggested as almost of everyone agreed.

"I'll take the seat anywhere beside Edward." I saw how Lucky's face hardened and how he clenched his jaw.

"Okay." he shortly replied and quickly turned his back at us.

My heart is thumping in an unknown rhythm, I'm nervous if I said the right words. I looked at Edward and he just gave me a smile as he escorted me to the van.

The inside looks more of a bus than a van, but at least it has a cup holder. Clearly, Edward was the one near the window.

I kept peeking through since I was interested what was outside of the mansion.

I think he noticed and said, "Do you want to sit here?" he said pertaining to his seat, I quickly nodded. "Sure."

I felt a pair of hands on my waist and slowly lifting me up, I have to agree that his strong and how he gently carries me.

But the car suddenly stop making me fall flat on his lap and the impact of my back to his chest caused me to moan in pain getting the everyone's attention.

"Dude, what the heck? It's the first day of school." Jazper that was just across us said, he smirked. He's clearly just teasing us.

I blushed slightly as I saw our position was quite erotic. "Edward calm Eddie junior there." Hanz said that completely got the wrong conclusion said.

Edward placed me at his seat and was about to say something but a hard punch cut him off.

How did he get here so fast? I didn't even here the door open.

He was about to give him another punch but my reflexes was fast enough to catch his fist midway.

"Don't get in the way." he said with gritted teeth. I saw how his horns reveal itself.

"You don't get it, you got it all wrong." I said while looking straight into his eyes. I can feel the weight of his stare there were thunders on his eyes. It was like a staring contest for us.

"Lucky calm down, don't make conclusions. You might got it all wrong." Cara reasoned out.

"Shut up!" he shouted, he was a wolf ready to eat his prey.

My hand is already trembling from the strong force coming from his fist. I can't take much longer he needs to stop.

I had only one resort but to let go of his fist but blocking my face so that it won't hit Edward. The force was strong that my head hit the window.

I moaned in pain as my cheek went numb and the pain was like skull crushing.

I felt a pair of arms carry my body to the sits as he or she placed my head on his or her lap.

I opened my eyes, my vision was still blurry but I recognized the brown haired boy with the worried face. I also saw how Lucky walked away without a word.

"Ty are you okay?" he caressed my injured cheek, I hissed and slapped his hand because of the pain.

"Let her sleep, we have to take a longer way since we're buying fast-food." I heard Dominic's voice as I closed my eyes and let myself rest.

"How the fvck that there's no drive thru here?" I exclaimed as we got off the van.

We left Edward on the van since he has to be with sleeping butt face. I hope that bitch never wakes up.

After ordering we sat on a chair as we ate our food. Good thing they offer blood here so that the vampires won't be left out. I observed around and there was someone missing.

Lucky.

"Wait, where's Lucky?" Alice asked suddenly everyone stopped eating and looked around.

"Maybe he's with the two, since it was his fault why Fel got hurt." Cara said. Fel? Really?

My hands turned into fists imagining the idea that he's with another girl especially that bitch makes me fume in anger so badly.

"If she wasn't a flirt around Edward she wouldn't get hurt and cause a scene." I said and as expected, everyone got their tiger look at me.

"Well if it wasn't for the two guys named JAZPER and DOMINIC, Lucky wouldn't have heard the argument and misunderstood everything." the goody two shoes blonde vampire spoke.

"I was just teasing them, I forgot that Lucky has killer ears." Dominic defended himself.

"You should know that vampires, demons and your kinds have the sharpest hearing ability." Hanz said and hit his nape.

"But the real question is.. why did he react like that?"

Ty is pronounced as tay or tey but definitely not ti
Fel and Ty are like nicknames for Felicity. These were invented since her name has 4 syllables and it's hard for the speakers to say it everytime. Thanks!
