Everyone is acting weird today, no one was speaking to each other except for us three and the two vampires. The other's were sitting on different tables, some with friends, some alone on the table.

"Do you want to be a giraffe, Fel?" Edward asked, chugging his almond milk. I was observing the other's for too long that I didn't realized that my neck was already hurting.

"Everyone is acting weird today, don't you think?" I asked the two, Lucky was just silently eating beside Edward, I was across them.

"They act like that everyday, they're business is not your business. You should mind your own." Lucky bluntly said.

"But we're a group, I think we should have a close bond so we can understand each other."

"That's now how it works for us, you should understand that not everyone can be your friend." I gave up convincing as they trust on their beliefs too much.

"So how was it on Level 7?" Edward changed the topic to make it less awkward.

"I spent over 50 years to get here and she be here within one week?"

"Did she had a one night stand with Lucky to get here?"

"You know that bastard avoid girls like we gonna kill him or something."

That was the first thing I heard as I stepped in here, as Edward said, it's packed in here since everyone gets stuck in this level and just give up or continues.

The blue haired teacher gestured me to come in and fine a seat. I took the seat by the window since the other chair was near the trash bin.

The teacher started discussing the lesson. I can everyone snatching glances from time to time especially the ones behind me.

It took everyone's attention when the door was harshly kicked by a man with a poker face. He looks intimidating and he's like staring at my soul when he looked at my direction.

Everyone started to whisper at each other and the eyes that ones that took glances became stares of worry. The teacher doesn't mind the sudden commotion and just continued what he's saying like nothing happened.

The guy walked in and was coming to my direction, the aura around him was quite heavy and mysterious. Before he could get an inch closer to my direction he then takes a segway and sat at the chair near the trashcan.

Everyone's mouth gaped like it was unlikely to happen and the whispers became louder. But after a hot minute the teacher slammed his hands on the table causing the class to quiet.

I shrugged it off like nothing happened and listened to the lecture because I want to get out of here. I'm being surrounded by gossiping rats.

"Hell to Felicity?" I snapped back as Edward called my name while I was daydreaming.

"So how was your day?" Lucky was the one to ask the question again.

It took me awhile to process and answered, "Yeah, everyone was nice." I lied.

The two just nodded and at exact timing the school bell rang.

"Hey! Domi....nic." he walked past me like I didn't exist nor called him.

After the drama at the pool, I never got to see Hanz. It was good thing that I get to breath and think about my feeling but it was also bad in which I don't know his whereabouts and I miss him. Like some part of me wasn't complete.

But I won't wish to see him right away since I didn't really thought about everything and about us. Will I ever be ready to face rejection?

"I'm really sorry about how Hanz acted about this whole thing, I get to say he's an ass." Lucky said and sat beside me on the side of my bed.

I don't really want him here right now but he won't stop pestering so it's easy to say I have no choice.

I hid my face under my hands as I feel tears still flowing like a river on my cheeks. It hurts so much, it's not even a direct rejection yet. What if he actually rejects me in the near future.

"I won't interfere that much because I don't know those what you call 'feelings' since I really don't understand them. But I hope you get past this heartbreak and find someone that can like you as much. But if you two were truly meant to be no matter any other circumstance you will always be ending up together. We're always here don't worry."

I took up deep breath and felt the fresh air in my secret space. I relaxed myself with reading books. But this time I was mentally and emotionally preparing myself for the future the beholds me.
