You sound like an addict in the way you talk about it constantly... what's your whole shtick with flaunting it, anyway? You act as if it's some sort of revolution to humanity. It's really not that big of a deal

[Shuichi]
Not that big of a deal? I helped a staff member orchestrate season 53. God,I'm so excited... I can't wait. Supposedly we'll be invited to get our uniforms and character outlines for the show soon, and I can't wait. I...I can't convey my excitement through text... this means the world to me, I can't believe I was picked out of a hundred upon hundreds of people....

[kokichi]

I dunno. I'm not sure if I want to be part of this anymore,the concept of 53 is taking an emotional toll on me already

[shuichi]

You haven't even read the script for chapter 0 and you've already bailed...? C'mon... it's going to be amazing! Everyone will be Infatuated with us... we'll finally have friends- we'll stop being the outcast.

When I woke up I had a huge headache. I slowly sat up and rubbed my cheek. I had a huge bruise and It hurt badly. What happened? I tried to remember and after a while it all came back to me. Kaito didn't believe me and Shuichi and he thought I was lying so he punched me. Wait...where's shuichi!! I frantically looked around. It looked like his room but where was he? I pulled the covers off of me and fell a little getting off the bed. I was still a little out of it from the punch but I forced myself to the door. When I grabbed the door handle the door swung open and I saw shuchi holding a glass of water and a plate of food. As soon as I saw him I hugged him tightly with tears in my eyes.
"K-kokichi!?" He started blushing and so did I but I didn't care. I just wanted to keep hugging shuichi forever. He soon realized that I wasn't gonna let go so he slowly walked forward to the table and set the food and drink down. When everything was out of his hands he kneeled down and hugged me back tightly. I let my tears fall. I didn't care, I just wanted to be with shuichi. I didn't know why and it confused me but I didn't care.
We stayed like that for a while before I stopped crying and was half asleep on him for the second time now. He carefully picked me up and sat me back down on the bed. He then grabbed the plate of food and glass of water and carefully handed them to me. I happily took them. I took a sip of the water as soon as I got the cup. When the water entered my mouth I had just realized how thirsty I was and I started chugging the water down. Shuichi laughed at this.
"S-Slow down! There is enough water so you don't have to worry" he kept laughing but for the first time it wasn't because I was just made fun of. He was laughing because he was happy. I could feel tears forming in my eyes again and shuichi noticed almost immediately.
"I-im sorry! Are you ok!" he started to freak out. I slowly wiped my tears and smiled at him.
"y-yeah! I'm just so happy i met you that's all!" he was shocked and started blushing before he covered his face with his hand. I giggled and put my hand on his.
"Thank you for everything shuichi!"
"Y-your welcome kokichi.." I leaned forward and hugged him, smiling into his shoulder and blushing a dark shade of red. He quickly hugged me back.
"I'm glad I met you too kokichi..."
