Time an essential quantity that changes the world. Some people say 'use your time wisely, because once you waste all your time it can not be retrieved'
And to that, I say 'hell horns'
Okay okay, am not particularly the type of girl who actually gets everything done on time (get it) ;)

Okay am also terrible at jokes

But as I was saying am not that eloquent with time which is why I arrived approximately an hour later On-campus. Well since this place is new to me I had to turn on my GPS to find my locations. Am an hour late so what? who cares this is college and not high school right?

I thought that I'd find the halls nearly empty but to my expectations, they were still filled with people pestering back and forth
'I guess am not the only tardy one'
Now my only challenge is locating my first class. Asking for help seems pointless as everyone around me seems to be engrossed with what their doing.
Unenthusiastically I spar my way through the crowds of people whilst holding a few books in my hand
'I knew that I should have carried a bag '
Without any warning because silly me i was not looking were I was going I suddenly collide into someone and all my contents of books fall to the ground

"Ouch" both my intruder and I say in union
"I am so so sorry "a voice blurts out I suddenly crane my head to get a better view of my intruder
" Here let me " she promptly says
I sigh in return and she lends out a hand when we are finally done with picking up my books she straightens a hand out for my reach

"By the way am Emma" I draw out mine and shake hers in turn

"Kaylee"

"Again, I am so sorry for knocking into you "

" its fine I wasn't looking either "

"I don't think I've seen you around here"
"Umm am new here , I was just trying to find my way to literature class "

"Well then!" she suddenly squeaks with enthusiasm
"Your in luck cause that's were am heading, and maybe later on I'll give you a tour around the place"

"yeah sure" I bluntly say

********

Thanks to Emma we were only 5 minutes late for class and I must say that's a record for me, apparently classes were being delayed for the day because just like me other students were just settling in as well .soon the professor named Mr Waltson gave a brief introduction about what aspired him to take his career path... yeah that sort of stuff .Emma and I parted ways as we head for different class sessions of course after giving me directions I gradually or let's say partially got there on time
talk about first impressions

And now here I am going out to have my  lunch before am late for my next class. I really don't mind being alone never made a lot of friends in high school but now I feel vulnerable to this new different world. I sigh whilst trying to look for a suitable place to sit and eat my food. The cafeteria is filled with a lot of people, some in groups snickering at me as I walk by and others playing music and some busy in conversations and their phones
what happened to table manners people its like a version of highschool but worse

I finally found an empty sit and made myself comfortable then looked down at the meal before me, a sandwich with  toppings and a cola
Ehhh!good enough
Just as I was about to devour my meal ,my attention suddenly gaped to a certain familiar face, I recognized his blue eyes when he tried to help me yesterday with my 'supposed injury' well it was just a scratch
I averted my attention to whom he was taking with .a group of guys and some girls ,one of the girls was clinging at his arm and he didn't seem to protest at that gesture
