Chiron opened his eyes. He found himself in a room which consisted majorly of a simple yet comfortable couch, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a large centre table which occupied most of the space in the room and an armchair on which Chiron presently sat. His office.
Without any sign of anxiousness, Chiron rose and picked up the phone like device kept on the table which connected him to almost anyone belonging to the staff of his establishment.
Presently, he pressed the button for Blake.
“Yes, Chiron.” Blake’s voice radiated from the speaker.
“I think I’ve found him. I can’t give you the exact location, but I can tell you where to look. We can’t lose him Blake. The price for that will be too huge for us to pay.”
“What do you want me to do?”
“I want you to take Rose, and fly over to the location I’ll be sending you. Look for him there, and scrounge the nearby areas as well. Leave no stone unturned. I want him with us by dawn.”
“Do you expect some resistance?”
“Yes. Yes I do. Perhaps the stiffest you’ve faced in recent times. But you cannot falter.”
“I’ll try my best.”
“Stay alert. And be careful.”
The line went dead.
