I woke up the next morning to a smell of freshly cooked Yak legs. I took a deep breath in and stretched my arms. I opened my eyes realizing that Snotlout was gone.

"Good morning!" Fishlegs smiled. "I hope I didn't wake you. I just wanted to bring you some breakfast!"

"Thank you so much..." I smiled as he laid the plate on the end of the bed. He came over and helped me sit up. He sat the plate on my lap. The leg was already shredded off the bone for me.

"I figured it'd be easier for you to eat." He smiled shyly. Hookfang laid his head on the bed.

"Where's Snotlout? He doesn't go anywhere without you!" I said panicked.

"Don't worry Thora! He's okay. He just went to help fix up some of the huts with the others. I'm your babysitter today." He grinned.

"Oh. Okay. Uhm. I'm sorry about all this. I hate being a pain. I had all intentions of coming back eventually, I was just. Thinking, and you guys weren't supposed to find me..."

"Thora you're not a bother, don't think you ever are. You help us, an we're gonna help you." He sighed.

"What did I ever do for you guys?" I looked shocked.

"You taught us our self worth is more than we know." He rubbed the back of his head embarrassed.

"Well, I'm glad I could help." I let out a small chuckle.

"Alright, so. Let's get you fed huh?" He smiles. I nodded and put my bandaged hands together and tried to lift the yak pieces to my mouth. It burned like hell but, in Thor's name I SHALL NOT be fed like a child. It took a while but, I was able to do it.

" I can help you if you need it Thora..." He smiled softly.

"It's okay. Really, I've got everything under control. I promise." I nodded talking with my mouth full. That's when a thought popped into my head.

"How long are we staying here?" I tilted my head obviously thinking. Fishlegs now sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Well, as long as it takes for you to get better I suppose." He smiled.

"That's gonna be a while...Fishlegs, Berk needs Hiccup and Astrid."

"It's okay, Gobber is handling things. Along with Goathie and Spitleout while we're gone." Sheer panic ran across my face.

"Go get Hiccup!" I said panicked.

"Okay, okay. Just don't stress out over things huh?" I nodded my head reluctantly. Fishlegs made his way out of the hut Meatlug greeted him with a slimey kiss.

"You go find Snotlout buddy." I patted Hookfang's head. "All because I'm stuck here doesn't mean you have to be." He smiled big scurrying out the door before it closed. I looked down at the plate of chicken looking defeated. "WAIT!" I laughed. He instantly came back looking confused. I scooped the plate up with my hands holding it out towards him. He shuffled happily, coming over licking the plate and leaving. I smiled entertained by his little dance he did.

The door closed behind him and there I was stuck here in a dark room with only few strands of light shining through the cracks in the wood. It was pretty cold too. Now, I think I'm starting to understand why Snotlout left Hooky with me. Anyway, after a few minutes in my head, overthinking my situation Hiccup walked in. Fishlegs stayed outside giving us some privacy.

"Hey, you're looking like you feel better." He smiled pulling chair next to me bed leaning towards me.

"I guess. I do a little bit. But, my recovery is going to take a lot longer of a time than what you should be gone from Berk. I mean really? Gobber, Goathie, AND Spitelout? They're probably fighting as we speak. Ignoring all the serious stuff and consumed in their ways not YOUR ways..." I sighed.
