Wiz: For untold decades, scientists have searched for a legitimate method of measuring a person's level of badassness, completely missing the obvious answer.

Boomstick: Just check out the size of his sword! Like Jaune, the brutal black swordsman from Berserk.

Everyone, especially the bad guys, felt intimidated by Jaune's new look.

Wiz: And Nightmare, the demonic scourge from Soul Calibur.

Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Jaune's friends and family were worried about his counterpart.

Tyrian couldn't help but agree with Boomstick.

Those who favored brute force cheered in awe, whereas the adults were impressed with seeing the young man's strength.

Boomstick: Yeah, it's... kind of dark. You've been warned.

Wiz: After a brutal massacre, Jaune was born from the corpse of his mother, who had been hanged from a tree.

Everyone felt their stomachs churning at the horrendous display of violence, whereas the scorpion Faunus looked like Beatrix Lestrange on ecstasy.

Boomstick: And we're just getting started. Baby Jaune was discovered by a traveling band of mercenaries and was adopted by the camp whore.

Wiz: Who... died of the plague three years later. With no one left to turn to, Jaune was mentored by the mercenary leader Gambino, who began training him in swordsmanship when he was just six years old.
