103: A Proposition to Stay

Nimo knocked onto their hotel door. Kurama opens up " nimo-san. "

Nimo: hey.

Kurama: looking for arina ?

Nimo: looking for you, actually.

Kurama opens the door bigger and lets him in . Nimo enters and proceeds to the couch. He takes a seat " where's Arina ? "

Kurama: she went to get some ingredients for her ointment. The ointment she brought was finished already.

Nimo : ointment ?

Kurama : special ointment.

Nimo : suite room. That mamoru sure is willing to pay the money.

Kurama: we did tell him to downgrade it. We didn't need so much space.

Nimo ; he's a good kid. Doing well to, in this city.

Kurama walks to the glass window and looks to the lights scenery outside. The tall buildings and the roads that wraps around the buildings " I'm actually quite impressed. This place turned into quite a civilisation in a short time."

Nimo: hirou has a lot of contribution in that. This place is coming together a lot like we envisioned. A place of business. We're thinking of getting a name for this city. Instead of just, Dierai's territory or Dierai's city.

Kurama laughed " you should get a nicer name."

Nimo : anyways ... I presume you know about the shiori clan ?

Kurama ; the organisation that recruits scientists. What about it ?

Nimo ; they want in on this city. A building built for their organisation. They want to like have a branch.

Kurama: you don't like that idea ?

Nimo: Research branch only. That was my condition. But they're being kind of pushy saying that we don't have a proper medical care center. They want a grip on that too.

Kurama: a hospital you mean?

Nimo: that.

Kurama: are you suggesting Arina to operate one ? She's not that good to be able to take care of so many patients at once.

Nimo : well... She's a doctor. I thought maybe she could scout out staff to build one. She could be the director of the hospital. But... I know the deciding factor for her, to stay or not, is you.

Kurama: .... That's a big question you're dumping on me.

Nimo : she's the best doctor I know. I know she'll build one hospital just like the clinic you guys have in the mundane world. Not a hospital that works like a research center.

Kurama: you make it sound like you actually care about yokais getting hurt.

Nimo : I do. To a certain extent. I just don't want shiori to have leverage over my city.

Kurama: you know, if you ask us to build one, I would be the one being the director right ? Arina always doesn't like administrative stuff.

Nimo: I know. You build one, it's yours. We'll fund you to build one but the hospital is yours. How's that ?

Kurama: you guys sure calculated all the benefits huh.

Nimo; so it's a yes ?

Kurama: I've to think about it. Discuss this with Arina.

Nimo : great. See ya.
