13. FIRST MEET ❤️

Zoya's POV

"It's okay Vikram, Mai manage karlungi(I'll manage)" I said for the 100th time.

"But Doll, I am worried...let me talk to the authorities." Vikram said and no wonder for the 100th time

Now you'll might think that something has happened which made Vikram to worry... let me cut it short... It's just that I'm going to India for the first time and also this is the first time in life that I'm gonna travel in a flight and for our bad luck. My seat number and Vikram's are far apart. Now Vikram is just reacting rather overreacting as always thinking that I might have fear of flying... Not that I don't... Oh come on who wouldn't after all this is the first time I'm gonna fly In an aeroplane but I know I can get over it.

Now coming back to the point, since we entered airport. Vikram kept on asking whether if I'm Okay with this whole seat thing but how much ever I tried convincing him. He just kept on asking whether if I'm fine.

"There's no need to talk to the authorities, I'm okay with it and also it's just two hours journey from here to Mumbai. So just relax I can take care of myself.Now my dear Vikku, just stop worrying about it and we'd better board in to the flight or else the both of us be left out and the flight would take off..."I said

"If you sure then we shall Doll!" He said and pinched my nose.

We boarded into the flight and not to mention I'm so lucky (Note the sarcasm) that I got the window seat while Vikram got a seat in the other cabin.

"Good afternoon passengers. This is your captain speaking. First I'd like to welcome everyone on Air India flight 86A. We are currently cruising at an altitude of 33,000 feet at an airspeed of 400 miles per hour. The time is 1:25 pm. The weather looks good and with the tailwind on our side we are expecting to land in Mumbai approximately fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. The weather in Mumbai is clear and sunny, with a high of 25 degrees for this afternoon. If the weather cooperates we should get a great view of the city as we descend. The cabin crew will be coming around in about twenty minutes time to offer you a light snack and beverage, and the inflight movie will begin shortly after that. I'll talk to you again before we reach our destination. Until then, sit back, relax and enjoy the rest of the flight."

As soon as the announcement was made I felt a tingling sensation in my stomach which mean I got fear of flying. I tightly shut my as the flight started moving and held my seat handle for my support.

Ayaan's POV

I was seated closing my eyes in the aeroplane which was accelerating on the ground ready to take off. When I felt something heavy on my hand. I opened my eyes with a jerk to see what it was, I saw a hand rested on mine, then I turned on my left to see the person to whom the hand belonged. There I saw her... The person whom I thought I should never meet, her eyes tightly shut and reciting zikr.

Fear of flying I told myself and smiled.

Her grip on my hand tightened as flight took off.

Around 2 minutes after take off while the flight was high up above in the sky, she slowly opened her eyes and then looked out from her window still unaware that her hand rested on mine, after a while she turned to see her posture it was then she saw her hand, she quickly took of her hand and then turned to look at me but before she could look I closed my eyes pretending to be asleep.

Zoya's POV

I slowly opened my eyes after my tingling sensation in my stomach reduced and then I looked out of the window to see whether we've left Sri Lanka and there I saw my country, a tiny little Island surrounded by the dark blue ocean.
