01. Growing

A/N: The second sequel to 想い出 !! I'm so excited for this! A well-requested sequel by JessicaMGarcia4 & usaegi!

[name] laughed silently to herself as she remembered a rather funny memory of hers in regards to Tokito Muichiro and Rengoku Senjuro. A smile appeared on her face as she looked up to the clear blue sky, while still residing in the Sound Estate where her guardian, Uzui Tengen, stays with her as well.

"[name]?" and [name] hummed in response as she turned to look at Tengen, who still looked the same over the years. Still maintaining such a muscular body, and had that flamboyant look on his face as well.

"Yes? Tengen-nii-sama?" [name] spoke out as she stood up. Tengen could only chuckle softly to himself as he watched [name] walking towards him. Over the years, she had grown up into a fine lady, getting taller and her features were splendid.

"My, you're such a beautiful one," he commented and chuckled when [name] lightly hits him on the chest. Yet, he had on a sad look once more as he took a look in her left eye that was blind. He couldn't help but raise a large hand and placed it against her left cheek and gently caressed it with his thumb.

"Are you still sad about me losing my sight?" [name] asked with a smile, and Tengen could only sigh.

"Your brother would be up in heaven right now, cursing at me for letting you use such a form that will take away your sight," he commented, and [name] then leaned into his touch.

"How old are you now? 20, right?" he asked, and [name] chuckled slightly.

"Yes, Tengen-nii-sama. I've grown up," [name] commented and Tengen couldn't help but pull [name] into a tight hug. Watching this girl grow from such a young age, and now, she is about to become an adult then.

"It feels just like yesterday when I first took you in," he whispered out, and [name] could only smile against his chest as she wrapped her arms around his body.

"I've always appreciated the fact that you took me in even though I wasn't much," [name] commented and Tengen chuckled once more as he withdrew from the hug and lightly flicked her forehead.

"You're everything, don't belittle yourself like that," and [name] could only smile in response.

"Can't believe they turned the headquarters into a training ground opened to the public," Tengen commented as he and [name] were soon seen walking out of the Sound Estate, where they could hear the pants and grunts of the young students that were training together with the Hashiras.

[name] then gently reached out for Tengen's large hand, and he couldn't help but chuckle as it was a gesture they have done for over the years. Even if she was turning into an adult, she found the need to hold onto his hand as well.

After all, he was an important person in her life.

"Uzui-san!" and [name] laughed slightly when she saw Tanjiro ditching the class and running up to the former Sound Pillar and Light Pillar. Inosuke had on an irked mark together with Zenitsu as they stared at Tanjiro who just stopped teaching in the middle of a class.

"OI! MONJIRO!"

"Uzui-san, how are you?" and [name] could only giggle a little as Tengen swore that Tanjiro wasn't that tall. But he had grown up now. Into a fine man, and was dating Kanao as well.

"I'm doing fine, just walking around with [name]," Tengen answered and chuckled out flamboyantly when Tanjiro's attention went to [name] who had on a wide smile.
