Beyonce POV

I finally made it to the hospital. Now I'm just waiting for Shawn to come. I'm in the hospital room with Dre. I just can't imagine what would have happened to me if Dre didn't come on time. I'll probably be dead.

The door swung open and in came Shawn and Ray.

"I got here as soon as Dre called me," he said coming over and hugging me.

I took that opportunity and cried my eyes out.

"She tried to kill me Shawn," I said between sobs. "Ray warned us but we didn't listen."

"Its gonna be alright baby. Those two are gonna be locked away for a very long time," Shawn said rubbing my back.

I can't imagine how Ray felt when he tried to warn me about Kelly but I didn't listen. Kelly played with my mind to a point where she made me believe my son had bipolar disorder. Ray was only looking out for me such that he saved my baby's life and my life at one point.

"Don't cry mommy otherwise my baby sister will be sad," Ray said and Shawn picked him up such that he laid beside me on my bed.

"I'm sorry baby," I said cupping his face. "I'm sorry I didn't listen to you when you warned me about Kelly. Can you please forgive me."

"Its okay mommy. I'll always look out for you," he said and he kissed my cheek. He turned and looked at Dre. "Uncle Dre, can we go on an adventure?"

This boy will always be the same. At least this time I'll know that he'll be under adult supervision unlike the other times.

The doctor came in together with a nurse. His facial expression wasn't a welcoming one.

I hope there's nothing wrong with my baby.

"Good evening again Mrs Carter," Dr Murphy said as he came with his clipboard then handed it to the nurse. "Since you were pushed really hard and landed on your side, the baby shifted."

"What does that mean doc?" Shawn asked.

Dr Murphy turned to Shawn. "The baby's head is no longer facing down like its suppose to. We then have to maneuver the baby so the head goes back to where its suppose to be," he explained.

"Is it painful?" I asked and he nodded. "Can you at least give me pain medication," I said rubbing my belly.

"At this point the medication will be detrimental to the baby," he said.

Great. More pain.

I sighed. "Let's get it done with. I want this baby out," I said.

I laid down. Dr Murphy and the nurse came over and put their hands on my belly and started maneuvering my baby girl. I actually felt her move inside and it hurt like a bitch.

I sat back on the hospital bed as I held my baby girl in my arms. It took eight hours but my baby girl is finally here.

"She looks so cute. Like me," Ray said smiling.

I looked down at my baby girl and couldn't help but to smile. I kissed her cheek and she cracked up a smile. "I can't believe you're finally here. I promise to love and protect you like I do for your brother. I can't wait to spoil you and we can have girls night out together. I wanna let you know mommy loves you Kandance Giselle Carter. Your daddy and brother love you like mommy do," I said slowly rocking her side to side.

I looked around and I wonder what I did to deserve such an amazing family.

"Come and hold her Shawn," I said and he came and took her.

"Hey baby girl. Its me, daddy. You look so cute like your mommy and brother," Shawn cooed as he held our baby girl.

I look around and realise, I'll never be lonely. My life is now filled with excitement.
