She just stood there staring into his eyes. He was shocked. He thought he would receive a different welcome - either slap on his face or complete ignorance. But she stood there confidently. He asked her baffled, "What?"

She started "Don't you have any feelings? Can't you understand what love is? Do you every time have to control other's life?"

He listening to her patiently waiting for her to finish. Initially, he thought it was for him for what he did but later he realized she was talking about something else. As she went on lecturing about love for about 15 mins then he understood it was about his brother-like friend and his girlfriend's marriage she was talking about not him.

He stopped her in-between "Excuse me! Stop it, madam"

"What's your problem," she asked

"I should ask the same thing to you .you are speaking from past half an hour not leaving me to speak at all. Bolne do na bande ko."

She became silent. He spoke in a high tone, "I'm not against Mihir-Mihika's marriage, understood? It's you who has a problem. I came here just to meet mihika's family to make them understand that love has no place, time and caste. I think her mother is having a problem with Punjabi son-in-law."

She finally understood what he wanted to tell . But it was against her attitude to apologize so she started again "This doesn't mean that you are completely right mister. You have no right to control anybody."

"Stop this."

"Stop yelling. See, now you are yelling at me, phirse." She stopped there at a moment .she didn't knew what made her say that word phirse.

Raman held his ears and told "sorry! Ishita. mujhe maaf kardo .main Kabhi bhi kisi ke bhi life control nahi karunga.kisi aur ki kya apni khud ki life control nahi karunga. ab khush" [Sorry Ishita, I won't control anyone's life from now on, not even my own]

Raman was still shocked that she didn't react at all. She didn't cry nor did try to ignore him. She was calm as though they had met for the first time. Even she felt strange why she was like that with him. She was comfortable with him. They both walked inside the hall together. Mihir and Mihika were shocked to see this sight. How could ishu be so silent with Raman?

Later was time for the dance. It was a couples dance. Raman and Ishita sat in a corner as they were without partners. She initiated the conversation with him. "So you don't have a date?"

"No. and you?" he replied.

"No"

"Wanna dance? "He asked holding out his hand.

"Sure." she held his hand. They went on the dance floor smiling. Mihir-Mihika were astonished. While dancing Raman's phone rang out. He excused himself and left the dance floor. He was looking tensed. She waited for him in corner of the hall. When he didn't come, she went out of the hall looking for him. She found him outside on a bench... crying.

She placed her hand on his shoulder pacifying him. He saw her and looked down. She settled herself beside him and asked: "Why are you crying, Raman?"

He hugged her and she hugged him back.
