I woke up with my laptop on my chest, my reading glasses still on, and drool dripping out of my mouth.

I quickly wiped it off and looked at the clock. DAMN IT! It was 9am, and I was supposed to be at work at 8am!

Wait, no I didn't... I was working late shift today.

Thank goodness.

I closed the laptop and groaned, throwing my head back against the pillow. I must've fallen asleep while 'researching' Benedict Cumberbatch.

I'm such a loser... I see him in person and think he's hot, and then I come home and start stalking him.

I wasn't going to become one of those crazy fangirls, nope. I would never do that.

Buuuuut, when I turned on the TV to watch the morning news and eat breakfast, I couldn't help myself and went to Netflix to see what was on there.

There it was. Sherlock.

Should I do it? Should I really start watching it?

It was a bad idea, but I did it anyways...

~4:00pm~

I'd watched all of Series 1 of Sherlock before having to get ready for work. It was really good, I had to admit.

Now, however, I was bored out of my mind, taking customers orders, making their coffee/tea, and then giving it to them.

You know what would make things less boring? If Benedict showed up again of course. But I knew that wouldn't happen. It was probably just a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

I finished making a tray coffee for a customer and handed it off to them, putting on a fake smile as I said, "Enjoy!"

They didn't even leave me a tip when I'd clearly put in a lot of effort on making 6 different coffees for their order! How rude. They could kiss my arse.

I was just about to slam my head against the counter when I saw him walk in. It was Benedict again, about the same time as yesterday!

I figured that he must've been filming something, and that's why he came in at the same time. Hmm...

"Good afternoon sir, may I take your order?"

He looked at me and smiled, then started laughing lightly. "Aren't you the girl that left the message on my cup yesterday? Oh, that was hilarious! Thank you actually..."

"Yeah... T-that was me..." I stammered, surprised that he even remembered. "Um... What'll you have?"

He replied, "Let's see if your memory is any good. I'll have the same thing as yesterday. Message included."

I blushed and nodded, taking the £3 from him before I went to go make his tea.

Earl Gray, hot and with a lemon, but not too strong. Of course I remembered what he wanted.

I started to write the same message as yesterday on the cup, but I stopped. No, I needed to write something different. I settled with:

I deduce that Earl Gray is your favorite tea. Actually, it's mine too. x

Was the 'x' really necessary? Surely it wasn't business appropriate... But he liked the messages. He thought they were cute. Maybe he thought I was cute...

I smiled as I put the lid on the cup, walking over to hand it to him. "Here you are, sir. One freshly brewed tea, just for you... Enjoy!"

That time, the smile and line were both sincere. No, he hadn't left a tip, but the way he made me feel all cute and such was good enough.

I turned and walked away, and I could feel his gaze upon me. Was he checking me out? I doubt it. I probably had coffee stains smeared all over my arse.

I went back to work, sighing. I would love to get out of here.

AUTHOR'S NOTE:

I think I'm gonna like this story. It won't be exactly like my other one,
Benedict & I. (Yes, shameful fanfic advertising...) If you're liking this one, I definitely recommend that one!
