Meanwhile downtown....
Ryan: She was jogging. She was hyped. This was her first time feeling this way in a long time. But she stopped. "Holy shit" She was looking at Brycen. He was hugging and talking to some girl. She shook her head. "Stop. Just keep jogging" she started up again. She passed them. Well sort of.
Brycen: "Ryan?" He looked at her as she passed.
Ryan: she stopped. "Fuck.." She turned to him. "Hey." She smiled big.
Brycen: "Hey to you too. I didnt know you lived around here." He put his hands in his jacket pocket. She could tell he was nervous.
Ryan: "Yeah. I just moved out. Well today actually. I lived there with a friend." She looked over at the girl who was walking up to them. The girl was pretty. Like model pretty. "Whose the girl?" She asked.
Brycen: "Oh her?" He pulled the girl closer. "Ryan Ill like you to meet Pheobe." The girl was nervous. She waved a little. "Shes my little sis. She just moved here. Im showing her around. Trying to make her less nervous." Ryan: "Aww thats nice of you" she looks at Phoebe. "Hey its not as bad as it looks. Im 26 and just moved out of my ma's house and now im living on my own. Well sorta. But I promise its fine"
Phoebe: "Yeah listen I dont need advice from a tramp" she walked away.
Brycen: "Hey im so sorry. Shes just very shaken thats all." He looks at his sister.
Ryan: "Hey its all good. I like her. Shes got fire. You dont see that a lot around here." They both laughed. "Hey if you arent doing anything later maybe we could hang out. I can help her around town and stuff."
Brycen: he looked at her. "Ryan. I cant. But you could with her." He looked away. "I got a date."
Ryan: She was shocked. "Oh..."
Brycen: "Hey come on...im sorry-"
Ryan: "No no. Its fine. Go ahead. Tell your sister ill see her later." She started to jog away. "That asshole"
