Ryan walked into her moms house. "Hey she said as she saw her mother.
Laurie: "Oh Ryan!" She ran to her hugging her tight. "Ive missed you." She looked at her face. "You look skinny. You eating?" Ryan: "Yes I am. Dont worry." She sat down pulling her mother beside her. "Mom I wanted to talk to you about something." She took a deep breath. "I saw Brycen today. I saw him and well every feeling every thing I ever felt for him came back up. I thought I was done but after seeing him today made everything come up." She layed her head on her moms shoulder. "I really fucked up mom. I really did. I let something so good go. And for what? To be single?" She started to cry.
Laurie: She kissed her forehead and rubbed her head. "Listen Ryan. I know its hard now but dont let that ruin your life." She lifted her head and wiped her eyes. "You are too strong for this. I know its hard. Trust me. Ive been there. Too many times. But it will get better" she hugs her tightly.
Ryan: "thanks mom." She stands. "Im gonna head back now. Thanks again" she walks out.
Laurie: "Oh David...what am I going to do.." She puts her face in her hands.
