Chapter 10

You began to fall, which made you panic. Y/n flapped her wings and began to fly. You then scanned the area, now the surroundings were different. There was a HUGE tree with golden and black apples. The grass was bright on the gold side, and decaying on the other. "Y/n! Watch out!" Ink said. You looked at him confused before you saw a black tentacle rush towards you. Your eyes widened and you quickly dodged it. Just for more tentacles to surround you. As they moved closer, golden arrows cut them off. You looked to the side to see who shot the arrows. It was another skeleton who wore mostly gold. You waved to him and he waved back. Then a black goepy tentacle wrapped around you and slammed you into the ground.

The air was knocked out of your lungs. You were brought back into the air as you tried to gain your breath. You looked down to see who the tentacle belonged to. It belonged to a black goepy skeleton that had one blue eye. His smile was wide and menacing. Looking at him made you shiver, which made his smile widen even more. While his attention was on you. The other skeleton shot him in his side. You were dropped to the floor, losing air again. The world around you was fuzzy. Fresh and Ink rushed to you as the other two skeletons fought. Before you passed out, something wrapped around you. The two called your name as you disappeared into the darkness.

(Le time skip~)

When you woke up, you felt something around your wings and wrist. You slowly opened your eyes and sat up. When you looked down you saw that your wrist were chained together. You helped and jumped back. Usually your wings would open when you did this, but they didn't. So you turned around to check on them. They were clamped shut. You groaned and looked around. Concrete walls, bars, locked door.... You were in a cell. The question is, where? You stood up and went up to the bars, and when you looked out, there was ANOTHER skeleton. This one had their hood up, and you could only see their crossed arms.

"Uh, hey. Where am I?" You asked, hoping for a response. The skeleton turned around and glared at you. You quickly backed away from the bars and put your hands up. "Ooook, sorry for asking. I'll be quite now..." You whispered. He looked at you confused before shrugging and turning back around. "Let's just say, you're in a bad place." He said. You gave him the Frisk face. "Well no duh." You say, barley hearable. He glared at you again so you sat down and zipped your lips.

"I know she's annoying." He whispered. You tilted your head confused and opened your mouth to speak. But quickly closed it. Then an idea came to mind. If these guys are Sans as well, does that mean they like puns to? Well, time to give it a shot. "I can tell it's pretty bonely here..." You pun. His head snapped in your direction. His eyes were wide, and he looked surprised. You sat there tense, waiting for him to say something. He smiled a little then turned around. You smiled and decided to say another. "Aw come on, didn't you find that at least a little humorous?" You asked.

A slight snort came from him. Your smile widened. "Ya got some humor hidden up your sleeve kid." He said. You put your hands you your chest to act offended. "I am not a child." You protest. He chuckled and shook his head. "Ya sure act like one." He said. You made a hurtful gasp. His smile faded as footsteps approached. You stay quite and curious as you peeked out. It was the black skeleton again.

You quickly scooted to the corner of the cell. The black skeleton grinned at your fear. "Why didn't you tell me she was awake?" He asked, looking at the hooded skeleton. You sat with your checks puffed and sat there. "I had to watch her cell to make sure she didn't escape." The hooded one replied. The black one face palmed then slapped the hooded. "Hey! That's not very nice!" You shout. When the black skeleton glared at you, you backed off. The hooded one looked at you confused once again, then turned back to the black one. "Sorry nightmare, I'll be sure to tell you next time." He said.

The black one nodded then left. Leaving you and the hooded one alone again. "Why did you stand up for me? You don't even know me, or what I've done." He said with a crazed smile. You sat there for a second to think. "I don't know, I'm just used to having to stand up for myself and others." You explain. He nodded and the two of you were left in silence.
