A/N: Bucky,James,Winnie and Bucky's Girl Briella. Second Row Isobel,Dean Berkley,Abigail Berkely. And Isobel's best friend Sloane Peters.
"Sorry Im late. Im Dr James Barnes I have meeting with the principal my wife is already here." James said as he came into the school's front office.
"No problem Dr Barnes. We understand that you are busy." The secretary Daisy said as she walked him to conference room.
When they he walked in he put his phone silent and whispered. "Hi darlin.." to Winnie as he sat beside her.
"Okay we can begin." The principal Phil Coulson said
"We called this meeting with you all. Because we are all going to work together to do what we feel is in the best interest of James Barnes." The superintendent Pat Tolliver said
"Where is he?" James said
"We decided that we would discuss this first without him. Since he has trouble with authority." Phil said
"Yeah. We have that same problem at home." James said
"Daisy is passing out his grades and teachers comments." Phil said as Daisy passed out the papers.
"Disruptive,unfocused,sleeps in class. Missing assignments and doesnt listen when told to be quiet"
James read on almost every page. He buried his face in his hands and shook his head.
"I can understand that it is furstrating Dr Barnes. But together we can help him." Phil said
"Its not that. I mean it is furstrating I just..I have six kids and he has been my most problematic child." James said
"So he is only passing three classes?" Winnie said
"Yes. Gym,Live Band and Modern Choir he seems to be passing. But its the main subjects he is struggling with." Maria the guidiance counselor said
"What are you suggesting we do?" James said
Nick Fury the athletic director leaned on to the table. "On the athletic side of this. He will not be allowed to finish out baseball season. He will be placed on academic suspension he won't be allowed to start spring training for football or wrestling. He will lose is captain title." He said
Pat sighed then said "He will not be allowed to attend to Junior Prom. He will be placed in the summer school program. Once he passes summer school he can go back to playing sports and move on to his senior year. If he doesnt pass summer school he will repeat his junior year and be on academic suspension till he can prove that he has the grades to play again."
James shook his head in agreeance. Winnie looked at her husband "We will agree to all that." She said
"And he will be grounded from now till August." James said
"Lets bring him in." Phil said as he nodded to Daisy.
She left the room to get Bucky from his second period Economics class. When he walked into the conference room he felt his blood turn cold by the look James cut him. He carefully sat down across from him.
"Whats this about?' Bucky said
Winnie handed him the papers with his grades and teachers notes. He looked down as Phil said "Here is your punishment James. You are on academic suspension from all sports you are no longer captain of them. We have agreed that you will not be allowed to attend junior prom. And in order to move on to your senior year you will have to attend summer school."
"No! I am the captain! And I told my girl I would take her even if dances weren't my thing. And I have plans this summer. You cant do this to me.." Bucky said as he slammed his fist on the table.
