(11) "Help Me"

A week later was Homecoming Ridgeview has their dance on Saturday after the game. Isobel was standing in her bathroom she had been putting on for a few weeks to take a pregnancy test. She was scared to take it cause she knew if it came back positive Bucky wasn't going to be happy. 

As she waited for the results, she looked out her window she saw Briella pull into Bucky's drivrway. Briella had Bucky's outfit for the dance and her dress they shared a kiss as he greeted her. Isobel sighed then went back to her bathroom to read the results. 

"Oh no. These cant be right." She whispered 

She opened up the other box and took two more. And once again they turned up with a positive result. She bit her lip and hid them between her mattresses and did her homework. Bucky and Briella left an hour later he seen her car still in the driveway and as they drove passed her house he saw her light on. All night at the dance he looked for her but she never showed up. He won Homecoming King at the end of the night. 

When he returned home he saw all the lights were off at the Berkleys. The next morning he tried texting Isobel's. But she wouldnt answer him when he asked her for help with his homework. After lunch and still response he decided to walk over to her house. 

He grabbed his bag and keys then walked out the door. He rolled his eyes when he saw her car gone. Bucky got in his truck and drove out to the lake. She heard his truck she swallowed as she quickly pulled all 4 tests out of her bag and threw them. Bucky seen her as he approached her. 

"What did you just throw?" He said 

"Nothing." She said 

"Its something." He said as he stripped down and jumped in. 

He looked around then he saw four pregnancy tests floating he saw down and grabbed them. He came back up as he wiped his face and pulled himself up on the dock. 

"These?" He said as he dropped them on the dock. 

He got dressed again and he picked them up. As he read them he went wide eyed then looked up at her. 

"Did you think that if you threw them in the lake that it would go away?" He said 

She looked down. "How late?" He said 

She shook her head then walked off. He caught her hand and pulled her back to him. 

"Dont you walk off from me. I asked a question how late are you?" He said 

She looked down. "I havent had a period since June. And Ive been sick so I thought it was a fluke." She said 

"Great. Just fucking great Izzy. Lets go home and then we will go to the health department in the morning." He said 

"Look nobody has to know its yours." She said 

"Bullshit. You arent getting off that easy." He said as they walked off the dock. 

They went home just as she was about to go in her house. 

"Help me. I have a Algebra test tomorrow." He said as he pulled her to his house. 

She sighed and whispered "fine bossy pants.."as they went inside. 

After they finished his homework he started to work on his English homework. She slowly fell asleep in his floor as he did his homework. When he finished he moved her to his bed and covered her up. He went downstairs and told his mom she was staying for dinner she was napping and he went to join her in his bed. 

He cuddled up behind her. "Mmm baby Ive missed cuddles with you." He whispered as he pulled her closer to him.
