Oh my gosh, when I hugged her! She always smelt good. I loved her scent. Weird to say, but it is true. Vanilla bean was her signature scent. She was obsessed with candles. And of course, she had other fragrances of candles but two or three of them were vanilla bean. Her body spray, her lotion, her hand sanitizer. Her sweater I borrowed and didn't give back until a few days later. I would smell that often. Now I can't even smell vanilla bean without thinking of her. Did I do it on purpose? Did I purposely buy vanilla bean body wash and vanilla bean body spray and vanilla bean hand sanitizer? Just so I can keep remembering her?
You can never, well at least I can never, finish a spray bottle. In 9th grade, after P.E.all the girls would be straying their perfumes or body spray. I would sometimes borrow her's. But I had my own. And I recently found it and I sprayed it and it was like a time machine. Honestly, I guess it is a common thing right? Smells unlock certain parts of the brain and like memories.
I'm back again in the locker rooms changing in a stall because I am fat and hate myself. She would also change in a stall? I didn't get it. Her body was perfect and she didn't seem so insecure. I knew she semi was but then again she wasn't? I don't know how that worked.
I would go to her house and see her candles and of course, she would burn the vanilla bean. After a while, everyone knew her scent was Vanilla Bean.
