C H A P T E R 5: Presents
Valentine's day 2015. We were in 8th grade and she gave me a present. We had talked about it. I asked her if she was going to get me anything and she said yes. I was super excited to see what she was going to give me. And then I decided to give her something as well. In 8th grade, we were close again. And in 9th grade. We had great times together.
So I got her a stuffie and chocolates. She did the same. Truth be told I stole her idea kind of. She gave me a stuffed monkey. I love monkeys and she knew it. And some chocolates as well. I still have the monkey. I'm looking at it right now. I love it, it's red, holding a pink heart, and big eyes. It's perfect.
Winter 2016. 9th grade. Again we decided to give each other presents for Christmas. At this point, I was obsessed with Supernatural. So she gave me a Supernatural beanie and bracelets, and a mug because I love mugs. I gave her a marvel shirt and a mug with candy, inside the mug. I wanna say, I never liked marvel movies. And of course, I watched them on my own just so I can like it just like she loved it.
At some point on your birthday. That is right. I remembered her birthday and got her a shirt. I don't even remember how it looked. She hardly looked happy? IDK I thought she would be happy that I remembered.
Umm, I think that is it for presents.
Writing about you is helping. I am forgetting about you. It is exactly what I need.
Me giving you cake and you buying me coffee doesn't really fall into the "presents" category. But it was fun.
I brought the cake and you got the coffee. Lol, we had it before we had P.E. class. I just think it's ironic.
