It's Okay

"I-" He looked up feeling his eyes water.

"Take him upstairs, then come back down. We should talk."

Changbin took Felix upstairs. He tucked the boy in. He left a tear slip down his cheek. He dried his cheek taking a deep breath.

He walked down the steps his parents stood in the living room. When he looked up he had tears running down his cheeks.

"I'm sorry."

"Oh Changbin" his parents reached out hugging him.

"Changbin it's okay" the boy sobbed.

"Changbin we love you, you're our son, we always will love you."

"Thank you" Changbin felt all the weight lift off his shoulders.

"Come sit down and talk to us." The boy sat on the chair facing them.

For the next hour they asked Changbin tons of questions. Like where did he meet Felix, why Felix was staying here and where they'd been the last few days. Also why he hadn't attended school in the last week.

It finally got to where they'd run out of questions. His mom looked at him seriously. The boy almost got scared.

"Changbin, do you love Felix?" The boy looked away blushing.

He made eye contact with his parents. He bit his lip and thought for a moment. He took a deep breath calming his heart.

"I really do" Changbin looked at his hands.

He heard the steps squeak. He looked up. The younger boy stood at the top rubbing his eyes.

"Binnie?" He noticed everyone looking at him he turned dashing back into his room.

"Go ahead and get him" Changbin ran upstairs.

"Felix" he peaked into the room.

"Felix?" The older looked in the bathroom.

"I'm sorry" he looked in the closet. Felix sat in the far end.

"Felix..." The boy was shaking and rocking himself.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry Changbin, I didn't know they were here... I didn't mean t-"

"Felix it's okay, they know" Felix looked up.

"They know? I-I'm sorry I-" Changbin pulled the younger to his feet.

"It's okay, trust me." He kissed Felix's head before picking up the younger.

"I'm taking you down to really meet them."

"Ah but wait-"

"What's wrong?"

"I look like trash" Changbin kissed Felix's head.

"It's okay."

Changbin got a better hold on the boy. Felix grabbed around the older males neck. He carried the boy down the steps setting him at the bottom. Changbin pulled the boy in front of his parents.

"Mom, dad, this is Felix." Changbin motioned to Felix.

"Felix this is my mom and Dad." He motioned to his parent.
