I found myself walking through the shop of smartphones. She's really into social media and photography. Should I buy this?
It was raining outside and we were inside her house, in front of their door. She called me here to watch the rain with her.
"Claudio! Hala! Hala! Hala! Basahin mo!" She punched my arm excitedly. When I saw what she wants me to read, napaismid ako. Katext na naman nya yung crush nyang mukhang bugok!
"Luh? Meron ka?!" She asked jokingly.
I furrowed my eyebrows. "Wag ka ngang nagpapaligaw sa text! You, two, should meet! And also, he should meet your parents! Di yung ka-schoolmate na nga natin di ka pa magawang harapin!"
She just looked at me like I was the weirdest creature on earth. "Galit na galit!?" She then turned to look at her phone's screen. "Edi sasabihin ko! Yun lang naman pala eh!"
Napailing ako nang maalala yun. I changed my mind. Ayokong bigyan sya ng phone.
I walked out of the shop and a necklace from a nearby jewelry shop caught my eye. I immediately walked towards it.
Diamond and Sapphire Raindrop Necklace was written in front of it. This one will really suit her. "I'll buy this." I said to the saleslady.
My heart was beating faster as we were searching for our names on the list of the students that passed the college entrance exam.
"Nakita mo na ba dyan Claudio?" Hope asked me. She, too, was feeling uneasy. We really want to be admitted in this university.
"OH! EM! GEE!" Hope exclaimed. "Claudio eto pangalan mo oh! OH EM GEE!" I smiled widely when I heard her. "And yours is over there!" I said to her that made her jump to hug me! I gasped. My heart started beating twice as fast as earlier!
She suddenly faced me and pointed outside. "Cly tingnan mo! Umuulan! Sabi sayo may magandang mangyayari pag umuulan eh! Ayaw mong maniwala sakin!" She flashed her lovely smile and it made me smile too.
"Hoy teka! Dahil pumasa ka, bawal munang mag-girlfriend ha!" She jokingly said and punched me. "Sa pogi mong yan, maraming magkakagusto sayo dito!"
"Say that to yourself, bawal ka ding mag boyfriend!" I said while pointing at her face. Ako lang dapat---is what I was thinking.
Ngumiwi sya. "Let's see..." And she started running outside.
"Hoy magpayong ka!" I shouted as I run after her, holding an umbrella on one hand.
