What Is Love Anyway?

Are what it looks like and what it's supposed to be different?
In my mind, yes.
For me, real love, is two people never giving up on each other.
No matter what.
Some people, when they are in love, can go awhile without talking.
But that doesn't mean they don't love each other.
It means they have things to do, they have lives.

Others, ignore their partner because they don't feel like talking to them.
If you truly love someone, you'll always want to be around them.
Because they make you happy, make you want to be yourself.
That's what I think anyway.

I have someone I love with all my heart.
He makes me, me.
When I'm with him he makes me happy and annoyed at the same time.
But that's just how it is.
Even though he annoys the hell out of me, doesn't mean I don't love him.

You see, with some people, they fake their feelings about the other person.
Or when they started dating they really did like each other, but the person just lost interest.
That right there is not love.
Love isn't temporary.
If you actually love them, then you should have them forever.

It blows my mind how people can get married more than once.
And every time they claim to be in love.
But then it doesn't work out, and they leave.
And before you know it, they're getting remarried.
Again.

How could they do that?
Claim to love each other, make their vows and say their going to love each other until they die, and then leave.
And never even look back.
It bothers me so much.
Like why stay for now, if you know you're going to leave eventually?
Doesn't make sense, does it?
No.
It doesn't.
But that's how it is.

People that are in love, go through the hardest things, but become stronger each time.
They have fights, they argue, and sometimes need breaks.
But all of that only makes them more in love.
It makes them realize that they can't even live without the other person.
That is how love should be.
But people are to dumb to realize they love the person standing right in front of them, until it's to late.
Until after they have left, because of a fight over something stupid.

People need to realize that they don't need to leave the person they love, just because they think they have to.
You don't.
Work the problem out.
Tell the other why you were mad.
Communicate.
That's how you keep a healthy relationship.

But if you know you don't actually love them, don't stick around and break their heart more.
Leave early, to make sure the other isn't broken to much.

Why do we do it?
Not actually fall in love.
Just think we do, then end up breaking each other's hearts.
It's so stupid.

I have a question...
What is love anyways?
We use that word so often.
But what is the actual meaning of it?

...hope I find out soon...
