A/N Real quick I just want to say that this book may be a little slower. I want it to be detailed, and you you guys to have a good amount of chapters to read. If you guys really want me to speed it up I will, I'm just having a good time writing this, considering its been a while since I had this much motivation to write. I hope that you guys are enjoying the story so far.

Skyler's pov

Once I was close to the Whyte Wyrm, I ducked into an alleyway to pull my hair out of the pony tail, and putting a beanie on. I pulled on my leather jacket before zipping my backpack back up. Calmly I walked over to the Wyrm and entered. To say I was excited was an understatement. I walked over to the bar, enjoying the scene. A pink haired bartender, who looked to be around my age was working, serving drinks to people of many different ages. I noticed that when she had a break, she would go over to two guys wearing serpent jackets. One guy loomed over the other, but both were taller than the pink haired girl. All three were clearly attractive, but I paid more attention to the boys, they were more my type. I smiled to my self as I walked over and sat my self next to them. Pink looked over to me, giving me a one over, clearly judging me.

"What can I get for you?" She asked.

"Shot of vodka please." Tall guy scoffed slightly as she set a shot glass down, pouring the clear liquid inside.

"So, where you from," she asked, once she was finished. "I know everyone from around her, I never seen you before." I shrugged, knowing that if I said the Northside is be kicked out of her in seconds.

"Nowhere really. Just wondering through." She nodded.

"I'm Tony."

"Skyler. Nice hair." She smiled

"Thanks you too." I picked up my drink and chugged it down, enjoying the burn going down my throat. I set the glass down again before speaking.

"So who are these two?"

"Tall one is Sweet Pea, shorter one is Fangs." I stifled a laugh, earning a look from all three of them.

"Sorry, Toni has such a regular name and then there's you two. It's kind of amusing." Tony smiled a little before offering me some more Vodka. "No thank you. One is good for tonight." I heard another scoff coming from Sweet Pea.

"Lightweight." He coughed. I rolled my eyes.

"Responsible, actually Pea Brain." I looked at him, challenging him.

"Blondie."

"Pea-niss."

"Shortie."

"Giant."

"Northsider." I gave him a confused look, acting like I didn't know what that meant. He chuckled a little.

"What?"

"Do you seriously not know about the Northside?" I shook my head no in response to him.

"In Riverdale," Toni started, "there's the Northside of the tracks and the Southside. All the rich and privileges kids live in the Northside, living their best life while us on the Southside are barely scraping by." She motions to the bar around me, which I now notice is very run down. I nod, alrwadying knowing this information, but if I want to still come here, I have to act like I know nothing. An awkward silence between our continues after Toni is finished talking. I check my phone real quick, before noticing that its already getting late.

"How much?" I ask, motioning to the shot glass.

"First one's on the house." I sigh. I grab a 10 out of my bag and toss onto the counter top.

"A Tip." I say standing up. I walk out of the bar and into the crisp night air. I start walking towards the Northside when I feel hands snake around my waist. Panic setting in, I turned around and kick the guy in the groin.

"Ouch" I hear Sweet Pea groan.

"That's what you get. Why were you following me?" He stood up, clearly somewhat in pain.

"Why did you leave so fast?"

"Why do you care?"

"Why are you walking to the Northside?"

"Why is it your business?"

"Why can't you just anwser me?"

"Why don't you just answer 1st? I asked first Pea Brain." He sighed.

"Because." I rolled my eyes and continued walking.

"You're a Northsider aren't you." I stoped and turned around on my heel. Sighing dramatically, I nodded.

"Fine. You caught me. Now if you excuse me, let me get back to my annoying perfect and boring ass life." I stared walking again, this evening not going according to plan at all. He glared at me.

"Gladly." I turned in my heel and started to walk away. I stopped and turned back around again. Surprisingly, Sweet Pea was still standing there.

"One last thing. If you could keep this whole Northsider thing to yourself, that would be great. I don't have anything else going for on for me on that other side. I would much rather be over here." He crossed his arms, glaring at me.

"And why would I do that?" I glared at him, taking a few steps closer.

"Because, you don't want to know what will happen if you don't." He scoffed.

"I'm so scared Blondie. What are you going to do? Punch me?" I smirked.

"Oh no, Peaniss. I'll just call daddy dearest, who just so happens to be the Sherrif of Riverdale, and tell him a tall, dark haired serpent named Sweet Pea tried to kidnap me. Luckily I was able to escape through his grasp and make it back home." I fake gasp and pretend wipe a tear off my face. "How about that? I bet that would really help the reputation of the Southside." He glared at me and practically growled at me. He stepped forward, closing the space between us. I felt my heart rapidly beating, getting ready to run. He grabbed my chin and held so I was looking into his eyes.

"How about this princess. I just happen to kidnap you, break that little phone of yours, and take you some amount of miles away. You should learn not to play with snakes." He paused letting his glare sink into me. But that only gave me the chance too look into his eyes. I could see the fear behind the anger. I guessed the fear of being locked away, probably from his family. The longer I looked at him, the more I had the urge to kiss him, just to switch things up a bit, less with him a little. I bit my lip, trying to figure out what to do. "Well?" He growled, breaking me out of my thoughts. Then I laughed. I laughed at the fact about how serious he was, and more on the fact that I actually thought about kissing the guy. I brought up my arm and squeezed around his elbow, effectively making him lose his grip on me. I took a step back, giving both of us some space.

"Here's what I think should happen." I say, trying to reason with him. "I won't call my dad, but you keep the secret. This was the most interesting night I had in a while. And who knows, maybe you can hold my secret over my head, how about that." He kept his glaring eyes looking straight into mine. I took another step back, starting to wonder what this guy could actually do. Maybe he could kill me right now, and no one would catch him. I sighed, pulling a twenty dollar bill out of my purse and tossing it towards him. "To sweeten the deal a little." With that, I turned and started to walk calmly towards my house. Once I was out if his sight, I let out a shaky breath that I didn't even know I was holding. Once I got a few gods breaths in, I started to sprint back to the Northside, praying I had no more encounters.
