She stood silently and watch the drama unfold in front of her, as the older man gave the younger one quite the beating while arguing with one another. The scene unfolded for another minute or so before Ichigo then slung his bag over his shoulder and turn to leave "That's it I'm going to school!"
A small young girl ran out, holding a small bento box wrapped neatly with a white cloth "Wait Ichigo! you forgot your lunch!" She jogged up to Ichigo.
The taller male turned to her "Oh, thanks Yuzu" His gaze softened at his little sister. They said their goodbyes and Ichigo left for school. Yuzu turned back home and caught a glimpse of a person at the front porch step.
She gave her a smile "Oh! Are you our new neighbor?" She ran up to new figure. The other person responded by walking down the porch stairs, she nodded to avoid suspicions "My name's Yuzu, sorry you had to see my big brother and dad fight" she said while scratching the back of her neck.
The older female chuckled, and pulled down her hood "It's alright, I'm Liksa, Liksa Lane do they do this often?" Liksa asked with a hint of playfulness "Yeah, dad's always hard on Ichigo when he turned older, saying that he has to be a man" Yuzu then puffed up her cheeks
Liksa gave another chuckle. "Well since your new to Karakura town why don't I invite you to breakfast!" Yuzu invited full of cheer and curiosity wanting to get to know Liksa, Liksa held her hand up "No its quite alright, I already had my fair share of breakfast" She declined, Yuzu let out a disappointed 'Aww' but then got back to her cheery self again
"Alright maybe another time then?" Liksa nodded. Yuzu gave one last smile and headed back inside her house. 'Cheery isn't she?' Liksa's soft smile faded as quickly 'What are you plotting?' She asked the dark voice 'Nothing really I have no interest in her, anyway why don't we explore this isolated world?' Liksa scoffed, but began walking anyway and pulled her hood back up.
Liksa walked around the town and took a mental note on a few buildings that she recognized. She also managed to see a few people she recognized from her visions. By the end of the day she had memorized the town's lay out.
Liksa walked along what seems to be a lake and stopped. She stared at the lake and admired the setting sun reflecting on the lake's surface. The golden glow of the sun made the waves twinkle like stars. 'The energy here is different, there are a lot of humans with large quantities of light energy' She thought 'Well you can't also ignore that there are those things with the masks just full of dark corruption, guess that makes it easier for feeding time'
