Alone... that is how it began. a young boy without memory only of his name and knowledge of combat. this is the story of Onyx Hord, the last sith in the universe, and the undefeated duelist of Remnant.
It's been a year since I 'awakened' to this world. I already had gone through some of the holocrons that we have at home. My lightsaber training is going well too. Right now, I was getting ready for my first day at Signal Academy.
Khem: You sure you have everything you need?
Onyx: I got all I need Uncle Val. I'll be fine.
Khem: Alright. Have a good day at school.
Onyx: I will.
I walked off, ready for my first day.
*Timeskip*
I stood In front of Signal. I was so excited for my new adventure.
???: ONYX!!!!
I looked behind me and saw Yang was here.
Onyx: Hey Yang. You came to become a hunter as well?
Yang: Yep. You're lookin at the future's best huntress here.
Onyx: *chuckles* If that's the case, then your lookin at the future's best huntsman.
We fist bumped and headed to class. I was surprised to see Tai and Qrow were working here as teachers. looks like we are in good hands... hopefully.
*timeskip 9 years*
It's been 9 years since I came to Signal (Onyx is now 16 and Ruby is 14)and I couldn't be happier. I mastered all the lightsaber forms of combat, though I prefer to use form 2, 3, and 7. Plus thanks to the holocron's teachings, my power and control in the force has skyrocketed. In the yearly tournaments, I became known as 'The Prodigy' throughout the world. My reputation is rivaled with one known as Pyrrha Nikos. I haven't met her yet, but from what I heard, she sounds like a good person. Maybe we will meet in the tournament next year.
Anyway, right now I was enjoying a nice lunch until..
???: Hey look who it is? The weapon freak!
I turned around and saw Ruby being harassed by our school bullies with the ringleader, Alex Bonze. The guy thinks he's a big shot when in reality, he's jus a spoiled brat who doesn't know his place. Since Yang wasn't here at the moment, they think they have free reign. How wrong they are.
Alex: You ain't so tough without that gardening tool on ya.
Ruby: At least I'm not a spoiled bully.
Not the best comeback, but that's better than nothing. Then again, she isn't the best at giving insults, but she makes up for it with good speeches. I had enough of watching and left my spot and walked to the group. Alex was too focused on Ruby to notice his group being lifted and choking in the air. I didn't have to lift a finger as I lifted them with the force. As I was right behind him, Ruby noticed what was happening and snickered.
Alex: What are you laughing at shorty?
She didn't stop snickering as she pointed behind him. He looked behind him and ended up looking me in my eyes. Normally I am composed and calm, but mess with my friends and you evoke my wrath. My eyes that are normally silver, now they are the colors of fire. My sith heritage was taking over.
Alex: Well if it isn't the big man himself.
Onyx: Leave. Her. Alone. Alex. Or else...
Alex: Or wha-
He was interrupted with me drawing out my sword...
