Elsa Arendelle is a 17-year-old girl who has been homeschooled her entire life alongside her younger sister, Anna. Previously, Elsa had lived inside a lavish home under the strong protection of Agdar and Idun Arendelle, her beloved parents. All throughout her time with her parents, Elsa was taught the principles of honesty and purity, of selflessness and ingenuity. This resulted in her sudden interest in constructing and building all kinds of things, in hopes of improving the lives of other less-fortunate people. It also helped that Elsa was a natural whiz in Geometry, let alone academics entirely.
When she was 13-years-old, Agdar was determined in tearing down his daughter's infinitely shy nature. As an avid sports fan, he attempted to transform Elsa into one, too.
Idun got wind of this, and knowing there was no way she could stop her husband, offered up a few suggestions. "Why not do a winter sport? Elsa is really fond of that season, so she nights be fond of the sports in that season."
Agdar agreed. Thus, began Elsa's sports career.
To Agdar's delight, not only was his daughter a natural in her studies, she was also a natural on the field. Elsa's graceful and pliant figure allowed her to become a lithe and valuable player in basketball, skiing, and snowboarding. But she loved figure skating and hockey the most, only because she cherished the moment when she would glide across the ice, the wind in her face, and the frozen water beneath her flying feet. Because when she skated on the ice, all she could feel was freedom.
At these times, Elsa would no longer remember the long and entrapping days when she was corralled back into her room, her permanent cage of solitude. Those were the days when Agdar had hosted business soirées, or when Idun had invited guests and relatives, or even when Anna had a Girl Scout meeting at the Arendelle Manor. "Elsa, it's for the best," Agdar had explained. "In the meantime, you can learn to control your powers."
The main problem was that Elsa had a problem with at least one person who was invited. One could be Ms. Ursula Triton, the sister of critically-acclaimed businessman K.N. Triton. Ms.Ursula was a rather heavyset woman who had a somewhat violet tinge to her skin. For some reason, Elsa wondered, Ursula always wore a thick layer of red lipstick, the shiny kind that glittered like a maimed fish's scales. Well, this particular woman had very strong views on the activists of the world. "Fools. Why can't they keep their mouths shut? Then, there would be way less wars in the world. If no one complains, no one dies."
Elsa almost froze Ursula, straight to her heart.
Growing up, Elsa was accustomed to the dark corners and noiseless atmosphere of her room.
But she was also accustomed to the occasional bursts of giggles that sounded out from the other side of her door, which would always follow with a short slip of paper, slipped through the crack beneath the door.
Elsa Arendelle shares a sealed bond with her sister. Even now, Elsa still has the slips of paper Anna had pushed towards her, all securely bound and read every day.
In appearance, Elsa has long, silken strands of thick platinum blonde hair, which she likes to twist and plait into a regal French braid. Her large eyes are a crisp and fresh shade of winter blue, with a thick awning of dark lashes on each. Her nose is small yet perky, with a smooth, ski-slope bridge. Her lips are thin, and are flooded with a rosy hue. And her cheeks are high, and dotted with a fair sprinkle of light freckles.
Elsa is also tall for her age, and has an attractively curvy figure. Her posture is rather straight, and she is also very regal. This, and her angelic, wintery features, helps to give her the name of Snow Queen.
Despite being forced into her room for her parents' social events, Elsa loved them dearly. This is because she knew that her parents loved her too. And she would never want her parents to sacrifice their positions just for her and her freakish abilities.
Agdar Arendelle had initiated his own business, Arendelle Attire, a company that specializes in making attractive clothing and accessories for all ages of both genders. Idun had inspired Agdar by running a tailor's shop in her college days.
Agdar and Idun's sudden death pulled the constant rug out from beneath Elsa's feet. No longer did Arendelle Manor have soirées, and no longer did Elsa remain in her room. In fact, 17-year-old Elsa didn't have a room anymore. Elsa and Anna were removed from their home, and plopped inside an orphanage that housed parent-less girls like them.
The orphanage was a bitter place. And when Elsa cracked, she couldn't bear living there anymore.
Taking refuge in a variety of places, Elsa enrolls the two of them in the Burgess City Schools system, a group of schools that were highly-known for being ahead in all aspects of schooling.
Anna seems to have no trouble, but Elsa, who made no human contact besides her family, had no experience in the world of people.
As a revolutionary by heart, Elsa will attempt to wade through the terrible storm of high school. But will the students around her allow her to change the rules that have been set into society for as long as they could remember?
