I don't see why I had to I had to walk the plank. I'm walking on a long diving, but the pool was empty. The swim team threw water on me, and sprayed me with a hose.

"Make a big splash, spaz!" they shouted.

Why did they like to bully me? I never did or said anything to offend them. I walk an inch closer to the edge, and they wobble the diving board. I keep my balance and look forward.

The diving board was stretched out so far that it ended in the shallow end. It took me a few minutes, but I reached the end of it, and they were mighty impatient, and yelled repeatedly, "Just jump, bitch!" I jumped, they cheered, and I held my breath.

"Tyler and Joe, go make sure she's alright." I recognized the voice: Reed Crest. That boy had had it in for me since grade school. It all began when he gave me a valentine, and I said, "Eww, boys have cooties!" Everyone heard, and picked at him for liking me and sang, "Reed and Chelsea sitting in a tree/ k-i-s-s-i-n-g."  He never forgave me, and has made my life living hell ever since.

They shoved my head down, and I gargled in chorine water. They pulled me out, and after my vision cleared, I saw Reed trudged through the waters towards me. I would have spat out an insult but my ears were clogged, my nose was stuffed, and my throat was soar. He pulled my soaked hair out of my face, and held my face. "Why don't you give me that kiss you've been wanting to for years," he said.

"I have no idea what you're talking about," I mouthed.

"Hold her tighter," he said moving his tongue over my wet lips. I tried to struggle, but he had on strong hold on my head, and his tongue went past my lips. I gagged, and bit his tongue really hard, and he backed up, and slapped me.

"Are you guys seriously not going to help me?" I shouted.

"She has a point. Reed, let's go. We all had our fun, and I don't want this to escalate into a criminal charge," the boy, Grant, holding my left side said releasing me.

"What a loser. Sumter, take his place," Reed said, as I fought to break free a guy who should be on the football team instead of the swim team.

A guy named Rick pulled me free and out of the water. "Do you need ride? I know we made you miss the bus," he said.

So, there are jocks that are human.

"Get him," Reed said as five guys tackled the nice guy. "Help me get her into the locker room"

"Where's the coach?" I mouthed.

"There might have been sleeping pills in his energy drink, and he might be in his office drooling on papers," Reed said. "Calm down, darling," he said as his backup got me from behind.

Just then the principal came in. "What is going on here, and what's wrong with the coach?" she asked.

"Get her," Reed shouted as the principle was pulled underwater. "Make sure she rises when her blood is cold." he said.

They took me into the locker room. Then they released me, and started strangling Reed with the towels.

"Dude, that out there, and what you want to do in here, are not cool," a guy named Brandon said.

"I'll get you back," Reed swore.

"Then we'll just drown you." Payton said.

"We'll get Riley from the thugs, and he'll get you home," Danny said dragging Reed out, and I followed.

When we got back to the pool, they saw us, and broke into frenzy. Everyone tried to drown everyone, and Riley took me out the door, and into his car. "Where do you live?"

"I don't know how you deal with those sharks," I say.

"I just drown them out," he says putting in the key.
