We get inside and slam the door behind us, seeing Sam spray painting Devil's Traps on the floor while the others pour salt along the windows and doors.
"They're coming! Hurry!" I yell to everyone. I go over to help Nancy salt the windows, making sure the line isn't broken. Suddenly, black smoke hits the window, making Nancy scream and I jump back, slightly startled. Nancy runs to the main office area with Sam and Dean where Henriksen was. I just stand where I am, watching the black smoke climb up the window, entranced.
"Sky!" Dean yells, but I barely hear him. I just continue watching he smoke, never having seen so many demons in one place at the same time before. I feel a large, rough hand grab my small one, breaking me out of my trance. I turn, slightly startled and see Dean standing there, looking at me in concern, an underlying look of urgency in his eyes. "Are you okay?" He asks me quickly. I nod and he relaxes slightly. "Okay, well, this is an all hands on deck situation and we need yours." I nod again and turn back to the window. Dean starts walking away, being tugged back by my hand still in his when I didn't move. "Come on, Sky." I turn around and follow him to the office, glancing over my shoulder one last time. When we get there, I see guns spread across the front desk. Dean picks up two shotguns, tossing one to Sam and one to me. I see movement outside on of the windows and see that the smoke has covered all of the windows around the building. The lights flicker in the office and it becomes darker. Nancy clutches the cross hanging from her neck as dust begins to rain down from the ceiling as the station begins to shake. Suddenly, the smoke disappears, making an eerie silence blanket the building.
"Everybody okay?" Sam asks as I turn to Dean.
"Why did they leave?" I whisper to him, trying not to alarm the others but also trying to satisfy my own curiosity at the same time. He simply shakes his head slightly with a shrug.
"Define "okay"." Henriksen replies to Sam.
"All right, everybody needs to put these on." Dean tells them, passing out necklaces with anti-possession charms on them. "They'll keep you from being possessed. There you go."
"What about you and Sam?" Nancy asks him. The brothers pull their shirts down some, revealing the same symbol that's on the necklaces tattooed on their chests.
"Smart. How long you had those?" Henriksen asks them.
"Not long enough." Sam replies simply.
"But what about Skylar? You didn't hand her a necklace." Nancy asks Dean. I smirk and stick out my left arm, showing her the symbol I had drawn onto my forearm earlier.
"I figured I'd need it and really wanted to draw on something." I tell her, making her chuckle slightly.
After a while of nothing happening, we all start doing our thing. Nancy starts to organize some files and I start helping, having nothing better to do. "Hey, that's Jenna Rubner." She says, gesturing to a woman with long red hair and black eyes.
"That's not Jenna anymore." I tell the girl.
"That's where all that black demon smoke went?" She asks us. I nod, looking out at the large crowd of people- all possessed- standing outside, knowing the only things separating us from them are brick walls, some salt lines, and some devil's traps.
"Looks like." Sam answers.
We start preparing ourselves, filling shotgun shells with salt and loading the weapons. I listen to Dean and Henriksen's conversation about the supernatural world. Dean begins to list off some of the monsters he's dealt with. I finish loading shells into my gun and walk over to the table to get some more as well as one of the harness-like things that hold shells.
