Louisa's p.o.v
My words were somehow easily to understand as Donnie growls at me, but Sam slaps him upside the head saying "just shut it." That's when we decided to drop our argument as Donnie looks over saying "those must be the Kraathatrogons." "The Kraathatr trogo... tro- 'Space worms' is easier to pronounce" Casey says while smirking at me. I roll my eyes playfully, but I felt someone elbow me, looking I see Sam "don't you even think about it." Sam threatened me, so I scoff quietly as we continue to watch the Kraang with Kraathatrogons.
A Kraathatrogon belly flopped, shaking the ground, so we all gasp as we go back a bit to keep an eye on the falling debris that's coming towards us. "It's the worms, that's what's causing the earthquakes" both me and Donnie say together. Sam then asks "but why? Why bring them here??" Casey then says "look!" Towards a tube. "They're milking them??" Both me and April ask confused, but we share a look and glare at eachother. "For mutagen??" I ask as I take my glare away from April to make it a confused glare at the mutagen.
"By Darwin's beard- this is where the mutagen comes from! That's so fascinating and-" "disgusting" April interrupted Donnie. That's when I felt something rubbing- "I know that isn't Sam, so quit it Casey" I say annoyed with a blush. "Quit what??" Casey asks confused, so we look back at the Kraang doing whatever they're doing. My eyes widen as I feel it again- "dude, I said to stop!" I scold him as my blush got deeper. My scold made him jump and put his hands up to show he's not doing anything at all.
My eyes widen as I feel my blood run cold again, turning around I see a tiny Kraathatrogon rubbing its head against my butt. Me, Casey and April scream at this, so Sam stands up and kicks it far away, but its screech was loud. "Kraang we have been discovered in the place that was meant to be undiscovered." "Unleash the Kraathatrogon!" Two Kraang say, which made Sam smugly laugh at the line. I hit her shoulder as we see the worm go up a bit and roar at us "I don't think I can kick that away."
We begin running through the tunnels, running as fast as we can, me somehow being in front of the group as we run "dang Weeza. You've really caught up with cardio" Sam jokes, but Donnie says "run faster!" As I also get tackled. The worm goes over us, then stops, so when I look up I see that Donnie tackled me down. Before I could yell at him as we get up, we see the weird face that's already staring at us. Three out of the four of us scream as the other one just smugly laughs again, but Donnie slapped it.
That's when we started running away to get a head start, but it didn't take long for the worm to realize we went this way and start coming again. "We got to slow it down!" Sam says as we continue to run, so I smirk and say "if I get scared-" "you're not doing that. Casey Jones has got this under control sweetheart" Casey interrupted me as he skates over to the worm. As we run I roll my eyes saying "he has got to stop with the nicknames-" "I bet you love them" Donnie says angered. I glare at him as we run "okay, what's your deal??" I ask as we run, but I get hit upside the head.
"Now is not the time!" April yelled, but Sam hit her shoulder saying "don't you hit my cousin!" I roll my eyes and hit the both of them. "Just mind your own business and run!" I say and we see that Casey's plan didn't work at all. April looked back saying "Casey, hurry!" We continue to run, but Donnie jumped up to a ladder. "Louisa, trust me right now and jump!" Donnie yells, so I trust him and jump and grab his bo-staff. He helps me onto the ladder as April is the next one "April, grab on!" Donnie says, so I mumble it.
"'April, grab on!'" I mimmic him, he growls at me and says "just shut it and thank me for saving your life!" April gets up to us easily. "Sam, you're next!" Donnie says to her, but she shakes her head saying "nope, no one gets left behind." I roll my eyes "get your butt up here!" I yell at her angered and worried at the same time. "Jones, the staff!" Donnie yells to Casey, who jumped as he grabbed Sam's hand, they were so close. The worm ate both Casey and Sam before they could even get closer, so Donnie moves so he won't get eaten.
"No!" Me and April yell as Donnie yells "Casey!" We watch as the worm keeps on going as it searches for us "I can't believe it" I say as tears build up. "He's gone.... he's gone!" April yells as she goes into Donnie's hold, my tears actually show though. "You think you're sad?? I just found my only family member in this world just to lose her again. I JUST LOST MY COUSIN!!" I yell as my tears start to flow down my face "I'm sorry guys, I really am." I just start climbing up the ladder and to the surface to sit against a wall and cry as I sit in a ball.
Footsteps come and I look up to see Donnie alone, I look away saying "what do you want?? Shouldn't you be helping your crush??" He laughs a little. "I may like April, but you're meaning more to me, it's okay! At least we still got eachother." I just cry into my knees when he wraps me in a hug, so I finally cry into his shoulder as I apologize. "What're you sorry for??" Donnie asks as he rubs my back, I breathe in and sigh "because of earlier. I was just.... jealous of you being so in love with April, that it got the best of me" Donnie blushed.
