Catching up

Louisa's p.o.v

I smile as I make sure the robots are already out for the kill as the rest don't notice I'm here as they run after April, Casey and Sam on the worm. As they're all out of sight I run over to Donnie asking "how's it going??" He looks at me shocked. Then he went back to work saying "I just got to reverse the polarity" I nod my head "okay then." 'I have no idea what he said-' "work... why won't you work??" He asks, so I look at what he's tampering with. Trying to make sense of any of it I point at a part, but he already got it working correctly.

"You did it!" I say and smile big "nice job Donnie!" Then I hug him, but he tenses as he says "wait, I have to make sure that the others won't get sucked in." He ties the remaining chords around his shell and I put my arms around his shoulders. I scream as I get close to letting go "I got an idea!" I yell over the wind and stand on my own. Fear of letting go starting to kick in, so my hands start to turn sky blue, I throw ice at my feet. Letting go of Donnie I gasp as I see that my ice is actually sticking "okay, here they come!" Donnie says.

I grab April, who grabbed Sam as Donnie got Casey to grab onto his bo-staff, they're all screaming as we try to stay long enough to get the Kraang away. Donnie then pulls some more chords on the machine, so I look at the girls saying "prepare for landing." The portal stops sucking as it closes and Donnie pulled Casey out of the portal the last second. I smile as I see Sam stick the landing, but April fell to the ground, but my smile grows bigger. "You saved the world Donnie!" I say happily, but forgot my feet are stuck to the ground.

April was about to hug Donnie, but he ran towards me saying "I actually did!" And we hugged, but I still can't move "uh, Donnie, she can't move." Sam says as she playfully hits his shoulder, so Casey says "I'm gonna take back everything I said about you Donnie." They fistbumped, so Sam rolled her eyes and says "someone just start getting me mad so I can melt this ice." April smirks and cracks her knuckles saying "my pleasure" then she punched Sam's shoulder. That had no effect, but she scoffed "you think picking a fight with me is a good idea??" Her eyes are turning red.

Donnie turned her to look at the ice and it melted quickly- also getting close to burning my own feet, so I shriek as I jump into Casey's arms somehow. Finally having everything under control- we go uptop to meet up with the others to catch up with what happened. After the story Raph asks "so the earthquakes were being caused by giant worms that lived under the sewers?" I nod my head. "That sounds worse than giant cockroaches!" Raph admits out loud to all of us to hear, so Sam laughed a little. "I can tell you're afraid of cockroaches, but hey guys, the name's Sam, I know, it's a pleasure to meet me."

Raph chuckles, but Leo smiles softly "I'm Leo, that's Raph, I'm sure you already know Donnie, while this is Mikey-" "well I'm stoked you guys are back. Come here!" Mikey interrupted Leo as he comes to hug us, but Sam moved by Raph before she could get hugged. I get squished between Donnie and Casey as Mikey hugged us, we all laughed a little at this. Donnie was the one to say "we're glad to be back, trust me" Sam nods her head "it's weird being in a stomach. Now I know how food feels like" Leo laughed a little at that, but walks over to Master Splinter saying "I'll be back."

With that we inform the group on random moments, but when I got set down from the hug I went to the other side of the roof, loving the morning air. Footsteps come towards me, so I look to see Donnie "hey Don, what's up??" I ask as I look at the sunrise. "Well, I just wanted to say..... I am so sorry I'm getting you jealous of April, I just...." Donnie starts off. I look up at him and sit on the edge asking "'just' what??" He sighs saying "I feel like I like you both." A blush rises to my face as I look at him, but I also look down from hearing the 'both' part.

Standing up I say "well, I'd be able to wait for you to make up your mind, okay??" He looks at me with a soft smile saying "thanks Louisa." I smile too and step on the edge for a second to make him get closer, he gasps and puts his hands on my waist. "Don't, you might fall-" I interrupted him with a kiss to his cheek, he blushed as I walk over to the group. "But what about Karai??" Raph asks as I reach them, but April says "I still can't believe that evil witch is your daughter." Donnie caught up with us to catch up on the conversation, but I zoned out half-way through as I look at Sam.

'I swear, I didn't want to drag anyone in this world with me! Now I got my own family member here, how stupid can I possibly-' "Louisa!" Donnie yells. I accidentally walked into the open manhole and scream as I fall, but I fell into strong warm arms. Opening my eyes I see reddish brown eyes "okay, you have got to stop spacing off Louisa. Oh yeah, I think you missed the part where Sam is staying with us as she argued with Raph. It was funny-" "yeah, I did..... I was just thinking about me dragging her here with me."
