"I hate surprises..."

I woke up in a strong pair of arms, and just smiled. These past couple of months with him have been so good. Ever since Markell has came into my life I've just been happy. He's making me become a better me.

"What'chu smiling about." his groggy morning voice spoke.

I turned around "I'm just happy you came into my life Kell."

"I'm happy they made toothpaste cause umm." he pinched his nose

I sucked my teeth and tried to get up as he pulled me back down.

"I'm just joking baby, I'm happy I found you too." He laughed and climbed on top of me.

"You always have to mess up our moments don't you."

"Nah, I just like to make you laugh so I can see that beautiful smile."

I couldn't help but smile and shake my head. He laid his head in the crook of my neck, and my arms wrapped around his neck. He lifted his head and I began to feel kisses trailing my jaw, going back down to my neck.

"Y'all better not be getting freaky in my room."

I jumped forgetting Heaven was across the room in her bed.

"Cockblocker..." Markell mumbled.

"Sorry Heav." I said giggling.

"Mmmm." she turned on her other side going back to sleep.

"Let's get up, I wanna spend the day with you since I'm off."

I had recently started working at Forever21 with Heaven.

"Aight."

We both got up, Markell went to his room to get ready and I stayed in mine getting ready. I took a shower and brushed my teeth.

Since it was a little chili outside, I picked out a Maroon cardigan with a white tank underneath,blue ripped jeans, and my light brown fringe boots. I had my hair down straight and added some gold bagels and diamond studs.

After applying my gloss and eyeliner I went to the kitchen and saw Jamal and a few others at the table and Ms. Carol standing at the stove.

"Good morning Ms. C"

"Morning dear, breakfast?" She said quietly.

I simply nodded. Ever since I've been dating Markell she has been giving me the cold shoulder. I mean I know I lied to her, but I've apologized a million times and now I think she's over reacting, like come on get over it already.

"Ty! Come swit by me." Little Jamal said.

"No! I want her by me." Jamie said

"She don't want you cuh I'm her flavoraite." Jamal yelped

"Jamal, its favorite." I giggled

"Shut up stupid!" Jamie said to him

"Jamie and Jamal stop it. Now apologize." I chuckled

Silence

"I'm not moving until I hear it."

"Sorwy." they said in unison

I got up and sat in the chair in between them. I love working with the young ones here, it's like my own little family. It's another comforting source that makes me feel wanted.
