UtapauA hooded figure walked around the alleyways around the city and a communicator he was carrying beeps wildly.
"What is it?" The figure asks.
"The gunship and the droids you sent in after the team have failed." A deep voice informs him.
The figure remains silent now before he turns and slams his fist into a wall in anger, shattering the bones in his hand but showing no pain.
"Kill them! Do not let them deliver those supplies! Do whatever you have to! I've reprogrammed several vulture droids and hyena bombers, all they need is my clearance code, four digits..." The figure says.
Meanwhile, Cadinone was walking out of the medical center with his wounds bandaged and covered by the sleeves of his new uniform he received as a replacement for his old one that was cut up during his attack. He glances over at Randmu who was chatting with medical staff and trying to figure out how so much medical supplies had gone missing recently.
"Who has access to the medical storage?" Randmu asks a medical droid and a Pau'an.
"Only authorized and high ranking personnel such as yourself. They have to show ID and enter their clearance codes on the keypad outside the door before they are allowed entry." The droid says.
"Is there a record of who's been coming in and out of there for the past, let's say week or two?" Randmu asks.
"Uh, yeah actually. As soon as someone scans in and enters their clearance code it's recorded in the logs until a month or so later when only cleared medical staff can erase it." The Pau'an tells Randmu.
"Let me see these logs." Randmu says.
"Yes sir." The Pau'an says and nods for the medical droid to fetch him a datapad.
A few seconds later, the droid walks back over holding a datapad and hands it over to Randmu. The officer takes the datapad and stares at the logs. He scrolls up to the very first one.
"You said these are cleared at the start of every month?" Randmu asks.
"Yes sir. They should be at least." The Pau'an says.
"The first record is from just two days ago." Randmu says.
"Are you sure?" The Pau'an asks.
"Positive. If I remember correctly, it's almost the end of the month right now." Randmu says.
"That's quite odd." The Pau'an says.
"Yeah. It is." Randmu says as he stares at the first recorded name.
Capt. Brains, clearance code 8872
Cmdr. Four, clearance code 4744
Dr. Yelser, clearance code 6683
Gen. Spacespawn, clearance code 0747
Capt. Brains, clearance code 8872
Dr. Resamr, clearance code 9017
Lt. Troy, clearance code 2974
Dr. Yelser, clearance code 6683
Capt. Brains, clearance code 8872
"Brains has been in here quite a bit huh? What's he been getting?" Randmu asks.
"Honestly couldn't tell ya. He comes in every morning and evening for an inspection, just to make sure everything is in the right place, ya know?" The Pau'an says.
