Chapter 10 : When I Bumped Into His Ex-Girlfriend

"Ready to go babe?" I rolled my eyes at the nickname he gave me.

"What?" He asked with a grin attached on his face.

"Don't call me that." I hissed as he snickered and open the car door for me, i thanked him as i climb in the car and close the door. He jogged around until he reach his door as he climb in and turn on the car.

"So what are we going to do?" I asked.

"Like i said, play Xbox or maybe teach you how to skateboard again." He smirked.

"Please no,"

"Please yes." He mocked.

The car ride is filled with our arguments about not playing skateboard because i just don't wanna. But he insist. He said he will always hold me, and he promised that. So i gave in and keep his word.

And we even talk about our lifes, like relationship and family stuff but i don't tell him about my family-Yet. He told me about his family. He told me how much he love his mom. And he told me how much he loves his sister. He has a step-father, who his name is Robin. At first he didn't get well with him but then robin have the urge to ask him to hang out. Like father and son time. It's very sweet.

He even asked me about mine, but i said full of crap about how i'm not ready to tell him. I'm surprise a tough guy like harry loves his family so much, usually a guy like him is like; A bad boy. But he's not. You know what i'm very surprised, and i'm getting suspicious at the same time too.

"Harry what if i fall? What if i die? What if i get my ankle sprained?! What if i-"

"Relax-Mamacita, you'll be fine." My face expression change from fear to a weird and confused one.

"Wait, what did you just call me?"

He snickered and spoke, "Mamacita, why?"

"Why?"

"Yeah why?"

"No i mean, 'Why?' Why did you call me that?" I crossed my arms over my chest.

He shrugged and answer, "I don't know it's just suit you." He smile innocently. I rolled my eyes as he handed me the skateboard that i used before.

"I promise i won't let you go." He smiled. I sigh and gave in as i stand one foot on the skateboard before pushing it until it rolled.

"You're getting pretty good." I heard him said from behind. (A/N : Fun fact, harry cant play skateboard in the real life khkhkhkhkh, keep reading)

"Be careful selena! Don't go to-Fast!" I heard harry yell as i turn my head around,

"Shut up-"

"Look out!" I suddenly bump into something-Or someone as i fall on my butt but then my hand supporting me.

"Ouh!" We said in the same time.

"Bitch watch where you-" Before she could finish her sentence she looks up with wide eyes.

I suddenly felt harry's hand held me up as i stood on my feet, brushing my self clean. "H-harry?" Harry and i look to the girl as i look to harry, his eyes went wide.

"K-kendall?"

"Oh my god harry! I'm so glad to see you!" The girl who her name is, "Kendall" immediately run to harry and wrapped her arms around his neck.

I don't know why seeing them hugging, shatters me.

Harry closed his eyes shuf before opening it again and push her away gently, "Hi," He breathed. Harry turn to me as he grab my wrist.

"Let's go,"

"Wait harry!" Harry doesn't listen instead he keeps pulling me until we reach his car.

"Get in the car now." He demand.

I obeyed as i buckled my seatbelt as he started to drive off. The car ride went silent, it's an awkward silent. Harry keeps taping his finger on the steering-wheel. He looks like he's been thinking. Who was that girl? Is she related to him? Is she his girlfriend? Or ex-girlfriend. And the worst part is, why am i jealous? It's not that i have feelings for harry right? Right. I don't and i will never, have a feelings for him.

Harry park the car inside the woods. We're back at his "Secret" place. He got out from the car leaving me speechless with thwse thoughts running on my mind. I open the door as i step one foot on the ground and one foot still in the car.

"Harry who was she?" I close the car door as i made my way towards him. I heard him sigh as he sat down on the edge and looks down to the water.

"She was uh- She's nothing." He shook his head side to side.

"If she's nothing, then why is she wrapped her arms around you?" I look down to him, crossed arms.

"I'll explain it to you okay? Now sit." I sigh and obeyed.

"She was my girlfriend," He told. He told me more that her name is "Kendall Smith" they date when he was 17. They were in a good term but sadly, kendall cheated on him with his best mate. That's what he called. And since he wasn't that understand about love he forgive her. But then she keeps doing that and all he do is to forgive her.

Then, his best friend made him-Harry-Realize and open his eyes that kendall isn't not a delicate girlfriend for him. So he ask him to broke up with her, things get pretty ugly when he spoke those four words, "We should break up." Kendall was taking it easy but harry, he's not. He got depressed for two months.

"And that's the story." He finish.

"Sorry if you're like, not comfortable around her." He turn his head to me and looks down, rubbing his large hand on his knee.

"It's fine, she seems-Cool?" I chuckled nervously as he snickered.

"From the looks of it," He pursed his lips with a shrug. "But she is definitely not." We burst out in laughter as harry continue telling me about a prank that his best mate set up for kendall.

Dear journal,

Today i enjoyed my day . . . Well sort of . . . Because when we were playing skateboard i bumped into someone, and that someone happens to be harry's ex-girlfriend. And her name is kendall. She looks cool. But harry said she's not. I ask him why, but he doesn't want to tell me. So i'm cool with that.

After he told me about kendall, we went to starbucks to buy some drinks. And then he drove me back home.

But when kendall wrapped her arms around harry, i felt this tingling like, i just got stabbed. Am i jealous? Of course i'm not right? I can't be jealous. Harry is just a friend. And i can't have a feelings for him. I just can't. I don't know why.
