I get up the next morning and quickly start packing some things to take on our journey. When I come down, Leo is already sitting down, eating breakfast and talking with Jack. I smiled, "Good morning." They both looked at me, replying, "Morning." I sat down next to Leo as Jack set down a plate of breakfast in front of me. Leo asked, "Did you sleep well?" "Yep, and today we set out." After we finished eating, Jack said, "I'm looking forward to your return with the Dragon Crown. Take care of yourselves." I smiled, "Don't worry, we'll be fine. We'll be back to rid this land of the tyrant king, I promise."

We said our goodbyes, then went outside to Razor Beak. I held out the crown piece and muttered, "Please, lead us to the other pieces." Suddenly, a faint beam of light came out of the piece, pointing south, away from the castle and town. We climbed on Razor Beak and I told him, "Alright Razor Beak, follow that beam of light." He squawked and took off into the sky. This flying might take awhile, but at least we know where to look. After a short while, Leo wrapped his arms around me from behind and layed his head on my shoulder.

"Leo, what are you doing?" "Well, I'm bored, and we're going to be flying for awhile, so we might as well enjoy it." I playfully rolled my eyes and smiled at how cute he was acting. We flew all day, and as it started getting dark, we looked for a place to rest for the night. We came upon a small clearing in the forest below us, and landed there. We gathered wood and started a fire, then ate some of the food we brought. There was a small stream, so after I finished eating, I got up and asked, "Where do you think that stream goes?"

Leo looked at the stream, then back at me, "Why, do you want to find out?" I nodded, causing him to chuckle at me, "Emmy, we can't go wondering around, we've got to find the other pieces of the crown." I pouted at him, "I know that! I was just...curious. I guess because I've never really spent time just exploring. I usually hang around the Black Cat or the town waiting for any jobs to come my way." He chuckled and got up, coming over to me and wrapping his arms around me. "Emmy, you're so adorable." He kissed my cheek, "If you really want to, we can check it out." "Thanks." I pecked his lips and drug him with me as I followed the stream, Razor Beak following behind us.

Turns out the stream led to a meadow of beautiful flowers that shimmer in the moonlight. I stared in awe, "Wow, they're beautiful!" "They still don't compare to you." I blushed as I turned to him, "Aww, that's so sweet, Leo." Razor Beak went up behind him and nudged him, pushing him into me. We just laughed and enjoyed the scenery in each other's arms. After a short while, we went back to the clearing. Razor Beak lied down, so Leo and I could lay against him. I shivered a little, Leo must have noticed because he asked, "You cold?" "A little." "Then come here." Before I could reply, he pulled me closer to him, wrapping his arms around me. I was tired, so I smiled and snuggled up to him, mumbling, "Night." "Goodnight, Emmy." He kissed my forehead, causing me to quickly drift to sleep.
