October 23, 1989

She had told Lindsey that she didn't want to see the kids prior to the concert because it was very evident that she was pregnant especially if someone hugged her and she knew that at least Stella would. In response to that, Lindsey really didn't worry because it had been a bad day for all of them and they would most likely be running behind anyway.

After Outside the Rain, Stevie bowed slightly, and then she went to the Mic.

"Welcome Everybody. I just...can we turn the house lights on really quick and dim mine up here?" The people running the lights do what she asked and she smiles.

"Oh good, I see you. Right up in the balcony staring at me. Alright, now that I know they're here. This is a very special concert for me tonight. Um, it's special because there are four people here tonight that mean the whole entire world to me. As a matter of fact, the people that bought me the Stand Back Shawl are here. About five years ago now, Lindsey Buckingham-Fleetwood Mac Guitarist and Solo Artist in his own right-was going through a divorce. It was around that time that he and I started a relationship together. In May of 1986 he was granted custody of his three children, William whose 14, Lee whose 12, and Stella whose 11. When Lindsey was granted custody of the kids, I was given custody of the kids. They are my children. I love being your mom babies, and I can't wait to see how you guys are going to react to your new baby brother or sister...I'm Pregnant, Surprise!" She smiles up at the balcony.

The crowd erupts in cheers and up in the Balcony, she can see Stella jumping up and down and screaming. Leelee and William were hugging their dad and Stevie started laughing.

"They're up in the balcony and Stella is freaking...She's saying something...Honey, I can't hear you up here. You'll have to tell me later...Alright, Baby Buck and I are ready to GET THIS PARTY STARTED." She cheers as the band goes into Dreams.

Stevie was full of Adrenaline as she and the band gathered to take their final bows and as she stood up, Stella bolted from side stage and attached to Stevie's middle taking her by slight surprise, but she laughs and squeezes her tightly anyway. Then Leelee slowly emerges, the shier one out of the three, and William, she hugs all of them, but Stella stays attached to her hip the whole time. Lindsey doesn't go out he just stands in the wings and watches.

"These are my kids, and I'm going to go spend some time with them, I encourage all of you to go spend time with your families. You've been a Rockin audience, have a great night, drive safe, and God Bless." Stevie waves before she leads the kids off the stage.

When she reaches Lindsey, she kisses him sweetly and then they make their way back to her dressing room.

"I said...when will they be here and can I help with the nursery," Stella says when they get into the room.

"Um, sometime in May and I'm sure your dad will love it if you help with the nursery." Stevie dabs at herself with a towel.

"It's not a question of if you CAN you ALL are helping me with the nursery." Lindsey points to them.

"Dad, did you know?" Leelee looks to their father.

"I found out on my birthday." Lindsey nods.

"And you kept it from us, why did you keep it from us?" William asks smacking his father on the shoulder.

"Your mom wanted to make it special," Lindsey tells him.

"I hope it's a boy." He crosses his arms.

"We don't know yet kiddo." Stevie rubs his back.

"So when did you find out?" Leelee looks to Stevie.

"Um, I started feeling sick on the first of September and after two weeks of not getting better, I decided that I needed to go to the doctor so I officially got it confirmed on the 19th of September. I'm roughly around thirteen weeks pregnant, so three months." Stevie explains.

"And you've kept it a secret this long, I wouldn't be able to." Leelee shakes her head.

"Well I just wanted to tell you guys in person and this was the earliest opportunity. Now, I think we need to go home because you three have school tomorrow." She points to each of the kids.

"No, dad's letting us stay home tomorrow to spend the day with you. But we don't get to go to your concert." Stella explains.

"Well isn't that nice of him." Stevie grins.

When they get home, Stevie immediately goes and changes into one of her nightgowns and when she gets downstairs, though it's broaching midnight since the kids weren't going to school they had talked Lindsey into letting them watch a movie. Stevie grabbed a piece of popcorn out of the bowl and then Stella tacked onto Stevie's stomach again

"You can see your belly now."

"You're right. It's not hidden by my stage clothes anymore." Stevie smiles.

"Why were you hiding your stomach?" Leelee asks.

"I just didn't want anyone else to know before you guys is all. Well, I did call my mother and my brother a couple of days ago but I didn't want my fans to find out before my kids did." Stevie rubs Stella's arm.

"So I take it you guys are excited about this baby?" Stevie asks.

"I know I am." Lindsey chimes in.

" I really want a little brother, but even if I don't I think it'll be nice, and like a big change." William nodded.

"I agree, it's going to be a big change." Stevie nods.

"I'm excited because I love babies. They're so cute and I can't wait to help you take care of them." Stella cheers.

"Stella, it's going to be a lot of work," Lindsey warns her.

"That's okay. I can't wait." Stella smiles.

"Can I help pick out their outfits and stuff?" Leelee inquires.

"Of course you can kiddo." Stevie nods.

It was then that Stella leaned over and kissed Stevie's stomach, laying her head on it as the movie started on the television.
